El personal de recepción CERO ATENTOS. Desinterés total por atender los requerimientos de los huéspedes. En mi caso el valet demoró 40 minutos en traer el vehículo. Me levante en múltiples ocasiones a solicitar a recepción que indagar que ocurría y EL DESINTERÉS FUE TOTAL. estaban ocupados preparando mixoligia y bebidas alcohólicas.... ES IMPORTANTE QUE TENGAN CLARAS SUS PRIORIDADES EN ATENCION AL PÚBLICO.

Pros:

The hotel was very cool, recently refurbished and was impeccable. The staff were great and the customer service from Adil on the Front Door was wonderful. His ever beaming smile and desire to connect with guests staying was refreshing and pleasant.
The amenities on the floor were a hit, coffee machine, snacks, m&ms to access all hours of the night!

Hubby and I loved our romantic getaway!
Pros:

Artsy, eclectic, cool vibe. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious, fresh eggs and crispy bacon. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t serve doughnuts or pastries!
