Overall the Granger had a very comfortable vibe.
Pros:

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Granger. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. They have a variety of breakfast items. Outside was clean considering the area but still felt comfortable walking around after dark. Also enjoyed the complementary Nespresso and snacks that were included on our floor.

Cons:

Website states free cocktail when you arrive and breakfast was included with the room. We were charged for both and had to have them remove the charges. Drinks were a bit pricey.

Pros:

The design, the staff, the comfy bed. The room, although a little small, had everything we needed, including two chairs and a small table, night tables with lamps, good natural light, fridge, safe, armoire with hangers, blackout curtains, and luxurious-smelling bath products. Downtown location is convenient — we walked to the waterfront, Little Italy and a well-stocked supermarket. The staff is exceptionally attentive and personable. We would stay again.

Cons:

We were surprised at the large number of apparently indigent people on the street in downtown, although we never felt unsafe.

Breakfast is limited and only starts after 7.30 (for example I would have preferred to have more choice in bread and healthy options such as cheese, ham, vegetables.

One of my best hotel stays
Pros:

Exceptional, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The hotel thought of every little detail and not only delivered but went beyond my expectations. From the coffee/snack bar right outside my room to the fancy iron to the delicious hot breakfast with healthy options, this stay has guaranteed my return. The complementary cocktail was a really nice touch as well. It had everything without feeling like it was over the top. Perfect!

Cons:

the ambulance sirens at night were the only downside but that's expected for the area

Gorgeous, stylish hotel with great staff!
Pros:

It has been a long time since I have stayed in such a welcoming hotel! Most importantly, the staff were helpful, courteous, and gracious. The space was sparkling clean, the breakfast nutritious and varied, and I felt safe and welcome. Located in the heart of the city, it was just a short walk to the convention center. Loved it!

I should have stayed longer :)

It was ok.
Pros:

Did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Facility and room were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My Friday night stay was was amazing. Unfortunately my Saturday night stay was not so good. Children were running up and down the hallway. Doors were constantly slamming and neighbors were talking very loud. Didn't get much sleep that night.
