Excellent location
Pros:

Superb location! Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy space. Highly recommend, Greenhills is just a short walk.

Cons:

I'm a light sleeper and not used to window type AC anymore and it was quite noisy for me personally so was unable to have the AC on before bedtime although theres two set of fans so it was no worries.
Bed is also too hard for our liking.

Pros:

as a solo occupant, the space is more than enough though 2 person is not bad. 3 a bit congested already but it depends (remember, condominium unit- limited) but the one i stayed in is totally perfect. clean, quiet, with appliances. well, i used both fridge and tv (i love most) the entire stay and once the Microwave. i put a few stuffs in fridge so no need for me to go out from time to time 😂🤣. I really had day and night for relaxation and chill. If in case, in the future be around the area, surely i will book the same unit. The owner is also approachable and everytime i message for some inquiries she reply quickly (not taking so much time). Location is perfectly safe as well as easy access to food shops,transpo and convenience stores. it was great i found this place.

Cons:

i dont like higher floors to be honest and the one i had was 22nd floor "BUT" i didn't mind it.
IT ACTUALLY GAVE ME A PEACEFUL AND QUIET STAY👍🏻👍🏻
