Pros:

The location was good, in district 3, close to the main road and a lot of facilities.
Friendly staff

Cons:

They did construction work literally beside our door and that woke us up in the morning for 2 days in a row. There was no consideration for our comfort or wellbeing whatsoever.. Even awake, we couldn't stay there because it was right in front of our door so it was extremely loud

Chỗ gần trung tâm, nhưng đường 1 chiều hơi khó

Cons:

Cách âm cực kì tệ, cặp đồ cãi nhau ngoài hành lang hay ở đâu á, nghe được hết từng câu từng chữ. Kế bên khoang đục sửa chữa nghe rất rõ. Quá ồn. Phòng có muỗi :(((

Pros:

Was specious.

Cons:

The bed is that hard that you better off sleeping on the floor.
Cheap bedding.
There is a class next door so the music from there starts from 6am until late at night.
There was not cleaning service.
The room was dirty: under the bed, the kitchen all sticky, inside the cabinets smelly, plenty of dust on top of wardrobe.
Mouldy bathroom.
We did not get what we paid for as there was not bathtub.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment: The apartment itself is impressively spacious, gave us plenty of space as a couple. The bed was very
comfortable, the shower was excellent.
Being in the heart of district 3 is a huge plus, closer to the station (700m), cloeser to the airport (1-1.5km); the area is calm and full of everything you could ask for, from trendy boutiques (Lê Văn Sỹ street) and many cozy coffee shops to a variety of restaurants offering both traditional and modern cuisine. I love everything. I will come back. The host is so nice, friendly
