I didn't like anything. The resort had no rooms available and was under renovations. I pre-paid for 5 rooms and upon arrival there was nowhere to stay. I had to stay in a different hotel and pay a brand new price, which was 6000 PHP more than I paid for RedDoorz. I tried to contact Booking.com for a refund, but there is no way to speak with a LIVE person. All I get are pre-made questions to select from and an auto-generated response from pre-written scripts that don't allow for ANY problem-resolution to occur.
EVERYTHING, except the staff was disappointing. The manager said she would use her client account to contact Booking.com to give me a refund, but she doesn't know why they charged me, because she canceled/rejected our reservation on her end, even though Booking.com says it was accepted. Upon arrival everything was dirty, the pool was filled with pond-scum and was green and sludgy, the walls and pathways and ground were all dirty as though they had never been cleaned, and the staff said they are not open for business, but to try their other location. Upon arriving at their other location, they said that they had canceled our reservation because they have no rooms available and are also under renovation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I PAID FOR SOMEWHERE I DIDN'T GET TO STAY AND BOOKING.COM MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO GET THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMS RESOLVED! 0/10 stars review for this experience.
I will not be able to rate my stay this place is closed when we arrive.
This property shouldn’t be listed as an option in Booking.com it is CLOSED!! When we arrive, there is no one there to greet us!! The place is completely dark and unmanned. It is a shame to carry the RedDoorz brand name, this is not how the brand name want to portray their image.

So many Ants and it's dirty and the Road is too Crazy to walk specially when it's raining you can't even walk. You must catch the Tricycle which is too expensive as well not a Budget Friendly.
actually TV is not working and the funny thing is when we ask they said the remote control is not available

The karaoke is noisy and only stop past midnight.
It was the worst ever I have experienced. It was a confirmed booking at booking.com but when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs told us that they are fully booked and the person occupying the room that was reserved to us decided to extend and he paid already day before so they gave it to that person. The only option I had when I booked this is “pay at the hotel”. They told me that they do not prioritize booking from booking.com because 90% of the people booking there, do not show up (what about the 10% who show-up? Do they end up homeless?). They explain it as if it was my fault that I do not have option to pay directly on the site. They gave me option to go to another hotel. I had my 1.5 year old with me and was helpless and just decided to go to the airport and spent 9 hours there waiting for our flight back home. We booked this hotel and was planning to stay there while waiting for our flight back home to give our son a better place to sleep. It was beyond disappointment I felt that day…. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
The pool is clean , rooms are also clean and tidy. It’s pretty decent for it’s price.
They had a curfew by 12 that we did not know. We came there to enjoy night life at alona yet it was a short term cause they will close their doors by 12. it was pretty silly

it shows that 2 double beds in booking sites, however when we arrived the front desk says all their rooms
only 1 bed. so we have to book another room.

The air con didn't work in my first room so then had to move rooms. The second rooms Air con didn't work well and there were ants in the bed. The shower also smelt bad.
Accommodating staff, the good ambiance, comfortable room and the facilities works fine. Highly recommended.
