Pros:

Wir hatten ein Apartment im hotel gehabt die Ausstattung war auch sehr zufrieden stellend eine tolle Aussicht und sehr viel im hotel selber was man machen konnte

Cons:

Der Shop unten im hotel war einfach zu überteuert habe einige Mängel den Besitzer und booking selber zu kommen lassen und von beiden Parteien kam keine Rückmeldung wie kaputter Klo deckel der föhn hat verbrannt/ nach feuer gestunken wen man ihn angemacht hat die Couch hatte mehrere Risse gehabt das wasser war lau warm gewesen im sommer vielleicht kein problem aber im Herbst war es schon sehr frisch gewesen was die wasser Temperatur betrifft der Wäscheständer war auch kaputt gewesen also mussten wir uns zwei Stühle zur Abhilfe benutzen um die Flügel hoch zu halten

Die Unterkunft an sich war ok nur das wir vom 1. bis zum letzten Tag im Wohnzimmer keine Klimaanlage hatten weil es angeblich defekt war und der Service kommen würde aber ist heute(letzter tag) auch nicht

Je préviens l'établissement de mon arriver vers 16h et à mon arrivée à 16h la femme de ménage venait à peine pour nettoyer. On à du attendre 2 h et au final le nettoyage n'était pas satisfaisant.
En plus de ça ,pas d'eau chaude

Fina pooler samt vattenpark, fin hotell, trevlig hyresvärd. Perfekt för barnfamiljer.

Cons:

Allt kostar extra- mat, dryck, vattenpark, städning. För detta pris får man enbart nyttja själva lägenhet, ingen som kommer städa eller fylla
på toapappret mm. Det var för långt till staden Mahmutlar där livet kokar.

Part 2:
Just know that they drive really fast. When you need to move, they use the horn and car lights as signals.

For some activities like the pirateboat or paragliding, you can also be picked up from this hotel. For other activities, you'll be just outside their pick-up locations, so you'll need to take a taxi to one of the pickup places first.

In the hotel you will find 2 swimming pools. One is the aqua park; and the other is a normal swimming pool with a small children section. In the normal swimming pool, the employees of the hotel showed exercises/dance routines to do for in the water and organized swimming competitions.
If you are all-inclusive, you can use both swimming pools at no extra cost. If you rent an apartment, you can certainly try to use the aqua park without paying. It is often not very difficult, but if you don't want to try it, you can always just pay for it. The aqua park is only open for 4 hours. 2 hours in the morning (10:00 to 12:00) and 2 hours in the afternoon (14:00 to 16:00)

You have an owner reception if you rent an apartment from someone inside the hotel, you have the general reception, and you have a desk for guest information (for example, for calling a taxi).

All-inclusive has its advantages, but I have to say that I'm glad I didn't. Not only did I get to meet an awesome person, Kemal. I also explored the city more and ate outside (where you can make it as expensive as you want), while still staying in a nice house, with a beautiful view and still being able to use the swimming pool. It also was cheaper than all-inclusive.

Buy groceries at BIM supermarket (really cheap). There is a BIM at the bottom of the mountain, perfect!

I had a great time. A very nice stay. I was able to cook. I did bring my own herbs 😊. I will definitely come back here again! Kemal, thank you for everything! You're awesome!
