La habitación está bien, con agua caliente. Pero la personal es antipático y la televisión siempre está encendida a un volumen muy fuerte. Muy molesto

Pros:

No me resperarin la reservación y aunque afortunadamente tenían cuartos y la tarifa era la misma tuve que pagar en efectivo. No me dieron ningún tipo de recibo.

La regadera no estaba en buenas condiciones y aunque el baño estaba limpio olía mal.

Pros:

llegue con mi esposo al hotel alrededor de las 12:10 de la madrugada, tocamos el timbre y nos atendió un hombre por medio de una ventanilla diminuta le comentamos que teníamos una reservacion, el dijo que no, que a el no le habían avisado de nada, la persona estaba como dormida o no se, no nos pregunto nuestros nombres ni para cuando teníamos la reservacion ni tampoco nos pidió algún numero de confirmación, sinceramente ya no me dio confianza y me fui a buscar otro Hotel, ya no había casi nada disponible por motivo del puente del 21 de Marzo, después de tanto buscar encontramos otro hotel a las afueras de San Cristobal alrededor de las 2:00 de la mañana, horrible hotel y peor aun Expedia que paso?? como esta eso de que el hotel no estaba enterado, fatal mi experiencia.
