Fiquei bastante desiludido com o quarto. Tinha uma remodelação precária, nada confortável.
A piscina era muito pequena e baixa. Quando reservamos este hotel, era com a ideia de usufruir da piscina do hotel Ritual; no entanto, só depois de estar lá é que descobrimos que já não pertencem à mesma cadeia e portanto teríamos de pagar 25€ para ir à piscina. Usam o nome do hotel Ritual, sem já pertencerem à mesma cadeia.
O pequeno-almoço era muito pouco variado e com fraca qualidade (não tinham leite vegetal).
Acho que para o valor que pagámos, não compensa de todo ficar neste hotel. Não recomendo.

Could be a lot better the base of a really great hotel is there however it seems very lacking in customer service general things to do, Just very dull, It feels like it’s lost it’s spark.

The place has a really nice ambience.
The bathroom is really bad, toilet is really low & no proper shower, only a hose that shot water all over the place & leaked.

El personal muy agradable, simpático y profesional. En el restaurante y bar de la piscina nos atendieron muy bien. El menú del día riquísimo, todo casero y el postre excelente. La piscina muy bien.
Baño un poco anticuado pero correcto.
La ubicación es muy buena. La terraza y el desayuno muy bueno.
Pagar 250€ la noche por un hotel tan básico que no tiene siquiera recepción es desproporcionado. La habitación más básica que puedes esperar de un hotel.
Mas de diez años viniendo a este hotel… ¡¡y ni una mas!!… los cambios que la dirección ha hecho en la gestión de este Hotel han sido dañinos y tienen como único objetivo mejorar márgenes. En los últimos años, la inversión que se ha hecho en este Hotel, en las habitaciones, ha sido cero. Los precios sin embargo, son el doble que el de un apartamento mucho más moderno. Lo único que lo justificaba era su acuerdo con el Hotel Ritual para el uso de sus instalaciones. A pesar de que se sigue publicitando, dicho acuerdo, ya no existe. Además, Check in en una maquina sin recepción, imposibilidad de dejar tu maleta en el Hotel (😵💫🫣)… ULTIMA VEZ!!!
