Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ευρυχωρο. Επισης το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλόξενο.

Cons:

Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν πολύ άνετα, αλλά αυτό είναι ανάλογα με τις προτιμήσεις που καθένα.

L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la posizione, molto centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Tuttavia, la zona è estremamente rumorosa e frequentata da locali notturni, con un ambiente poco tranquillo soprattutto nelle ore serali. Eravamo stati avvisati della presenza di musica fino a tarda notte, ma non ci aspettavamo un livello di confusione così elevato e una situazione generale così poco piacevole.


The only positive aspect was the location, which is very central and convenient for visiting the city. However, the area is extremely noisy and surrounded by nightlife venues, with a rather unpleasant atmosphere, especially in the evening. We had been warned about music until late at night, but we did not expect such a high level of noise and overall disturbance.

Purtroppo l’hotel non è assolutamente all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Già dall’arredamento si nota una struttura trascurata e poco curata, con arredi in condizioni precarie.
La nota più negativa riguarda però la colazione: a parte il primo giorno, abbiamo preferito farla fuori dall’hotel perché il cibo offerto era di qualità molto bassa. In particolare, il colore e l’aspetto degli affettati e delle uova lasciavano seri dubbi sulla loro freschezza. Una situazione del genere è inaccettabile, perché può rappresentare anche un rischio per la salute degli ospiti. Sarebbe opportuno un controllo più attento sulla qualità degli alimenti serviti.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, è risultata solo superficiale: lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti, ma tutto il resto appariva trascurato nei dettagli.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza deludente che non rispecchia in alcun modo gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria.

Unfortunately, this hotel is far from being a true 4-star property. Starting with the furnishings, the structure appears poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture that gives an overall sense of neglect.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the breakfast. Except for the first day, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere because the food offered was of very low quality. In particular, the color and appearance of the cold cuts and eggs raised serious doubts about their freshness. This is unacceptable, as it could even pose a health risk to guests. More careful quality control is definitely needed.
As for cleanliness, it was only superficial: while the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the room and common areas were not properly taken care of and lacked attention to detail.
Overall, a very disappointing experience that does not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.

Turistik amaçla gidiyorsam bu otelde kalmak uygun olur.

Genel olarak kahvaltı, temizlik, otel konumu iyi idi.

Cons:

Çevreden çok fazla gürültü geliyordu. Bu konu bize rezervayon yaptırdıktan sonra mesaj ile bildirilmiş ama ben geç gördüm mesajı. Mail geldikten sonra rezervasyonu iptal için 4 saat verilmiş ancak ben o süreyi kaçırdım. Sesten rahatsız olduğum için konforum etkilendi. ama onun dışında başka bir sıkıntı yok.

The rooms were clean and spacious with good amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Breakfast had very little choice. The blinds in our attic room did not open. Location is in a run down area of old town with many bars and nightclubs which are very loud and can be heard all night long.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, camera grandissima così come il bagno e la doccia, e molto pulita. Comodo grande letto. Colazione perfetta e abbondante. Consiglio, mi è piaciuto molto

Cons:

Purtroppo essendo proprio nella zona pedonale, i numerosi locali e ristoranti che ci sono nella via hanno la musica altissima fino alle 5 di notte e non si riesce a riposare bene. Però tutto sommato si può sopportare
