Decepção com o serviço do Booking

Infelizmente eu fui avisado poucas horas antes da minha hospedagem que nao seria possivel a minha hospedagem na pousada na qual eu fiz o agendamento no booking.

Cons:

Na minha visao a pousada na qual eu fiz a reserva é superior a pousada na qual eu fui a comodado. Uma central paralela ao booking fez a organizaçao de tudo, porem na minha opiniao isso deveria ser gerenciado pelo booking. Tambem nao ficou claro com relaçao ao pagamento, o booking descontou um valor no meu cartao e durante o checking eu tive que pagar o valor total da estadia no qual nao ficou claro. Eu estava com minha familia e nao tive outra opcao.

Lugar aconchegante e tranquilo, para quem busca o sossego após a agitação do dia.

Tudo maravilhoso, o café, podem dizer que é simples, porém, para mim, também maravilhoso, com muitas opções para a gente comer bem. o quarto; aconchegante e limpeza impecável. E a recepção e simpatia dos atendentes, nota mil.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar, contudo, se servir de apoio para que sejam ainda melhor, sugiro, um tapete antiderrapante no box, pois na hora do banho o piso se mostrou um pouco escorregadio, enfim, é uma sugestão e não reclamação.
