Excellent.
Pros:

Modern design, clean and spacious (junior suite), bathroom is big with nice toiletries. Breakfast spread is excellent too. Service is also top notch.

Pros:

Staffs were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and so was the entire property. Love the pool view

Cons:

The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Hair on floor and countertop. Basin silicones were all worn out and stained badly. WC inlets were full of dirt.

Top-(Business-)Hotel auch für mehrere Tage
Pros:

Top-Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens bzw. der zwei Brücken zum Festland. Moderne, gut ausgestattete und relativ ruhige Zimmer (Schallschutzfenster!), obwohl das Hotel direkt an einer 6-spurigen Autobahn steht.
Fantastische Frühstücks-Vielfalt.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas unbequem, die Kopfkissen zu hart.
Die Wasserleitungen sind nicht isoliert, man hört alle Wasser- und Spülgeräusche deutlich.
Das abendliche Dinner-Buffet ist weit überteuert. Dafür gibt es im nahen Umfeld des Hotels aber genügend lokale Alternativen mit bester Qualität!

Pros:

The Ramadan buffet was amazing!! full of different variety food and tastes good.
The swimming pool has very few people, allowing my family enjoy it very much.

Cons:

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk. The receptionist repeatedly told me that the Ramadan buffet was fully booked, which was quite upsetting. However, when I called the restaurant directly, they said they could reserve a table for me. When I arrived that evening, the hall was only about 70% full, so I don’t understand why I was told there was no availability.

I also booked three rooms, and in one of them we suspected the mattress had bed bugs because we felt itchy while sleeping. This was very uncomfortable and concerning.

Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves communication and room quality.
