Great staff, disappointing structure
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and kind, indeed perfect

Cons:

Toilet was broken, dog's hair everywhere, dogs barking, swimming pool on repairs. Should had show that it wasn't available on booking, I went there just because of it.

where do i start? the aircon in room 8 can only be turned on by standing a unstable plastic chair that feels like it will collapse on me the room was so mall was hard to walk around the bed that was almost on the floor so for a 6 '+ person to get up is not easy! the mattress was so thin could feel the bed base. the dogs in the locked kennels barked most of the nite so had to wear my heavy duty ear plugs to try and get some sleep there was water from the aircon leaking on the floor, the electrical trip switch kept switching off the power after 5 minutes so not nice when in the dark trying to have a shower or go to the toilet or try to charge my phone or laptop i had booked and paid for 5 nites but only stayed for 1! the sign on the wall say breakfast is included but when i asked about it the man just walked away! i asked for a receipt but never got it! he rain falling on the aircon makes a lot of noise also!
