I booked two rooms and I'm very disappointed 😔 Rooms are in very Bad condition, Bathroom are not clean, water blockage in Bathroom, Bathroom door broken can't lock the door, pillows are dirty. Hotel needs to be repaired as soon as possible

They made me to wait for 2 hours before checking in and after that they told we don’t have new bedsheet and covers as it was raining heavily so laundry is not available, I had to be there without the bedsheet and covers as well as the Blanket.
