Very clean and convenient location for the foothill wine country.
Pros:

It was very clean and the location was great!

Cons:

Initially when I arrived they were going to charge me a different amount (more) than my reservation, even after I showed them my confirmation. We worked it out but it took some time.
It took a while to figured out how to operate the TV, there were no instructions.
The place is older so the walls are thin. You can easily hear the guests above and next to you if they on not quiet.

It was comfortable and clean and we will go again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable and our room was very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I could say is that I wish the hotel was connected to the casino. Otherwise I can’t say anything negative about the property.

Stay was fine. Had a noisy clock in the room which we could not unplug, Room was a bit warm and A/C didn't quite do the job. Walls were a little thin but overall experience was good. Hot tub was not working. Traveled with our dog and that was an extra $20 but it worked.

New ownership and nice furniture but amenities were lacking and the room was expensive.
Pros:

The rooms have upgraded furniture and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Our room was not ready (at 5pm) when we arrived. There were no coffee pods or tea or sugar in the rooms although there was a good Kurig. We were not told that we needed to ask for a refresh to get our bed made and new towels the next day so it was not done. Front staff were very nice and got me towels. There was no breakfast or coffee offered in the lobby. The room was expensive and we expected more.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk claimed that there was no reservation under my name, even after I showed my confirmation. They claimed that they have not been receiving emails from booking.com. We were turned away and had to scramble to find other accommodations.

The staff at the front desk friendly. You're in the country so its nice to get away from the busy city

Cons:

The tv didn't work correctly and because there nothing to do on site, we didn't watch Certain apps. The pool wasn't clean and jacuzzi wasn't working. No ice machine and nothing in vending maching. Nothing to do if that's what you like but there was a casino about 8 miles away. That was nice. Lots of winery to visit close by. However they are working on revamp the site. Not a bad experience just need more things to do at the sire
