Pas une bonne expérience
Pros:

Le choix des restaurants

Cons:

L’accueil, la dernière minute n’est pas bien, passer par booking, nous n’avons pas les meilleures chambres et les choix ne sont pas respectés

i enjoyed the stay the staff were all nice people
Pros:

I enjoyed all meals at the resort but there was an issue with the fire alarm constantly flashing in the night.

Cons:

The quick rinsing of the glasses at the bar once the glasses ran out

I think my trip would have been better if the customer service had been better, and the food selection had been better.

It property was nice and very clean. The property was in a good area. The house keeper was wonderful! The people in the spa were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. A few of the restaurants workers were friendly (Jenene) I think is her name. She was very friendly. The lady at the bar ( I can’t remember her name) she was happy and loved what she was doing. She happened to tell us that she was originally from Jamaica. These Are the ones who made our trip nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we had a Butler that didn’t do his job! We saw other people’s Butler’s helping them, I asked mine for extra hangers and never got them. I went to the coffee shop and had been in there for about 2 seconds and the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her she asked me if that was all and was rude, and when I looked shocked, she asked me if there was a problem. Some friends that was with us was at dinner with us, and the lady in the restaurant got our orders mixed up, when a woman in the restaurant brought in out we said that we didn’t order it, she threw it down and refused to take it back. And when we were going on an excursion the lady at the excursion desk acted like she couldn’t believe we could believe we could afford to go to Cancun. My husband ( we are African American )was standing in line to get an omelette and a Caucasian lady was in line to get
one and the lady making the omelette said to him, she was here first! They appear to treat Caucasian people better than African American people in Antigua.

Very relaxing and great scenery along with great food
Pros:

I liked the property and it’s location. The food was so amazing!!!! One thing you are going to do is eat real good here!! Every restaurant including the buffets are top tier!!

Cons:

We paid for diamond club access and I will say it’s not worth it honestly. You are promised top shelf alcohol during your stay with diamond club and everyone on the resort is drinking the same thing. To make matters worst they are actually refilling Don Julio bottles with other liquor to make it look full. We witnessed that with our own eyes and it’s very distasteful and very dangerous as well, not to mention how unsanitary it is. Wouldn’t recommend getting diamond club and definitely bring your own liquor

The Steve was great clean. The people was polite, nice and quiet, but we didn’t have enough choice of Caribbean food.

Good overall but the service and buffet were below standard.
Pros:

24 hour room service.
The shows for the night activity were good. Effort was made to keep guests entertained.

Cons:

The room service options displayed on the television were not accurate. All options were not present, you had to get clarification when they called to confirm the order.
The bartenders were very good, but lacked personality and needed more staff to serve persons not sitting at the bar counter.

El hotel tiene playa propia y no está nada mal, pero había demasiadas algas y sargosun, no era apta para nadar.

Cons:

Todo en el hotel es muy lento. El personal es muy lento. Por ejemplo, cuando llegamos, había una boquilla para recortar el pelo en la habitación, pero no había ninguna máquina. Solo había un albornoz y no había gel de ducha. Informamos de estos problemas a recepción inmediatamente después de registrarnos, pero las deficiencias se solucionaron al día siguiente, 24 horas después.

Great adults only hotel. Fantastic helpful staff 👏🏾

Meals were very good

Cons:

The entertainment programme wasn't well thought out! For example the foam party was scheduled for 8 or 9pm!! Why??? A foam party should start in the afternoon and end early evening. Because of the timings, these events were not well attended. This is the only thing that needs to be seriously looked at I this hotel!!
