Really amazing location and ran by a super friendly and kind couple.
They are very warm and kind people. The homestay was overall pretty good , vary and delicious breakfast!
Great location! Right in the centre of Tam Coc. The breakfast was nice, a lot of choice and you can get a juice and hot drink.

Not soundproof at all, not lightproof, we were cold the first night but they give us one blanket the next day

Lots of mosquitos, room needed one of those plug into wall repellents. The balcony space was very run down. Wall decal stickers pealing off.

Vị trí thuận tiện , Phòng sạch sẽ , tiện nghi đầy đủ , chủ nhà thân thiện , mình có em bé nên lựa chọn tại đây rất gần bến thuyền để đi thăm quan chỉ cách 100m , trung tâm nhà hàng và dịch vụ thuận tiện ( khuyến khích cho mọi người lưu trú )
Very nice location, very quiet as it of on a side street, but only 4-5 minutes walk from busy part of town. Supplied us with scooter motorbikes for the day to explore the area. I wish I stayed longer here.

Very easy going , perfect location! Right beside the Main Street (boat station ). Allowed me to check in early which was great (after 14hr sleeper). Was unable to take out cash in tam coc for payment and they allowed euro payment ! Much appreciated 🙏
The people are very nice! I wasn’t feeling so well but we had to check out. They offered me to lay down in the lobby and gave me a blanket. On top of that, they offered me a glass of ginger tea! They were all smiley and attentive throughout our stay.
The place was also very nice, the room was clean and the location is great. You can’t go wrong with this place, especially considering price/quality ratio.
The hosts let us in our room early, and were always so smiley and kind.
Friendly host who was very kind and got up in the middle of the night to check me in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a night's stay. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Good aircon and en suit bathroom.
The bed was very hard.
Great location, staff checked us in early in the morning after getting off our sleeper bus. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. We hired bicycles and also a motorbike during our stay to get around. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
