Lovely stay in Bhutan’s capital
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming.
The room was good and big.
The location was perfect, in the middle of the capital just facing the football stadium, I was lucky to watch a match there.

Cons:

Breakfast can be better.

Good place to stay as the city is just around and all hotels are around that place.
Pros:

Liked the staff in the hotel. Bhakti was really helpful in identifying guide and making our stay memorable one. Hotel room was comfortable and food was good too.

Cons:

View from the hotel room was not that great.

Great vale for money stay at Thimpu
Pros:

It is complete value for money, Location is excellent. Rooms are excellent. Staff is friendly and good. Breakfast was not an extensive spread, but there were sufficient items and the cooking was good.

Cons:

Internet connectivity is what was the negative point for me. If this had been good, my rating would have been 10 on 10. The internet at the hotel was problematic. I had to continuously disconnect and connect. That was the only way i could make it work for me.

Awesome location, clean and modern property but can be better
Pros:

1. Great location
2. Clean property, helpful staff
3. Need to have basic amenities like bathroom shelves and hooks; window stoppers so one can open then windows since there is no air conditioning and it gets hot

Cons:

1. Breakfast buffet was disappointing and poorly managed, things not made and planned adequately
2. Made value for money lower than expected

Okay for a short stay
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, polite, and kind. We bought some vegetables from the market and the employees offered to cook it for us.

Cons:

The towels have some yellow stains, which they claimed them as “clean”. The ventilator in the bathroom was very noisy.

We didn't want to leave!!!
Pros:

We loved everything! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant food was delicious. The location is great, we were able to walk everywhere. The best thing though are the people who work at the hotel!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We will always remember the people we met at the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful memories! 💜

Cons:

That we were unable to stay longer, due to our itinerary.
