Location was brilliant … set mid of Isabelle 2 and Esperanza. Really tranquil but you definitely need a car though …
Breakfast could have more to offer and WiFi was no existent in our apartment but when we went out side all was good. Overall really lovely and Jeanette was really helpful and genuinely hospitable. Shame there is no tv in the rooms . The accommodation could also offer a restaurant which we hear will be opening soon which is brilliant news

Hot water in shower
The staff I worked with was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They had no control over the construction and the lack of staff.
The construction noise early in the morning, noon, and into the evenings. Not peaceful or relaxing at all. The shower design floods the bathroom, and the outside view was not a garden - it was a complete construction area. Very disappointing. The advertised restaurant and bar area was not open for meals, and the breakfast setup is hokey. This facility is under construction, and the management doesn't seem to care if their customers are not happy. :( We would not recommend this place.

la colazione ne era abbastanza misera, non c'era molta scelta, non c'era né frutta fresca né succhi di frutta fresca come ci aspetterebbe in posti simili.
Sarebbe inoltre stato comodo anche avere un ristorante dove poter cenare.
There was a kitchen with everything you needed, the room was spacious and the staff was super friendly. They provided a continental breakfast that was good and the location was great too.
The reason for only so little stars; the bathroom smelled horrendous, even after taking only one shower. Only way to air the room out would’ve been to open the door to the room. However, there was a lot of horrible smelling hot air coming into the room, which made our clothes smell. And the shower class wall let water go through. Which created a puddle on the other side of the bathroom. In short a lot of water that was not going down the drain, hot smelly air and no way for that air to go away besides into the room and make the room and clothes smell bad.

Nos ha gustado la decoración de la habitación y los alrededores. También decir, que la chica que nos atendió fue el desayuno ha sido muy simpática
Que habían espacios en la habitación que estaban sin limpiar, por ejemplo, en la mesa de noche estaban con marcas de vaso, también el colchón hundido de uno de los lados, por otra parte, la chica que nos recibió para hacer el checking muy antipática

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life to date.
We loved the room, it was spacious and had a huge private deck. The staff was so friendly. They even offered a free breakfast of bagels and juice/coffee which made the start of the day so easy. They even have cold water and ice. Loved our stay, thank you!
We loved this place! The staff were really friendly. The location is far enough from the town to be peaceful but close enough to be in town I’m 5 minutes. We woke up to wild horses outside. The room was spacious and modern.

Very obviously understaffed in maintenance and there were no food options onsite or a walkable distance away.
