Pros:

The room was very spacious and nice. The staff people did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Cons:

I don't any complaints.
It would have been good to have an small pot in the room.
For the future, it would be nice to have some other choices for the continental breakfast such as instant oatmeal, muffins, ect.

We had a great trip to Vieques and really enjoyed our stay at Old Crow.
Pros:

The location was great - between Esperanza (biobay tours) and Isabel Segunda (ferry terminal). We loved the hotel layout and the pool, and being able to pick up our Jeep rental right at the property. We loved the kittens and horses that came to visit. Breakfast was fine for us; it was great to get a couple of early cups of coffee while waiting for my teen to wake up, and he enjoyed the little boxes of cereal.

Cons:

There was no tv in our room which would have been nice, but honestly was not necessary. The shower angle was off and the bathroom floor was flooded whenever we took a shower.

Very nice place and the staff are very good and helpful.
Pros:

Close to many beaches and restaurants. The staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Really just that there was not a tv and I know we were all n vacation, my husband loves to watch the news in the morning. But I was ok without it

Could be fantastic with a little more maintenance
Pros:

Wonderful pool and surrounding. Wonderful terrace. Spacious room. Good location. Friendly staff advising sites to visits. Allowing hotel towel to be taken to the beach.

Cons:

Bathroom to be refurbished. Toilets not fixed on floor. Old style.
Substandard breakfast.
3 staffs not really taking care of availability of breakfast items
No closed showering room for changIng upon departure, but possibility to use the pool shower.
Hotel rents cars but doesn’t advertise it.

Was perfect, the staff, the facilities, all the amenities.
Pros:

Our room was perfect, it has all you need to be comfortable. The flexibility in the hotel was perfect! Was very relaxing.

Cons:

There some details in the wood floor that have to be attended. Some of them were broken.

INo water , no food. I was starving whole night .. I was hungry and want to get some food , no facility . I called them multiple times , no one picked , no one even responded after voice message aswell. Horrible experience.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Vieques
Pros:

The staff was amazing, they solved every issue, they were available when needed, and provided clear information and very helpful suggestions. The hotel is nice, great rooms, calmed and amazing views.

Cons:

Everything was perfect (there were some issues but they were clearly communicated and solved by the staff very quickly)

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and our room spacious. The bathroom was nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel pool was nice, and the hotel bar made good drinks. They also provided beach chairs, which was great! The staff were all excellent, very accommodating, and provided great service. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
