La ubicación de este apartamento es excelente. Bien comunicada, con supermercados cerca pero a su vez en una zona residencial tranquila.. que se agradece después de pasar el día en zonas con gran afluencia de gente.
Es acogedor, con camas cómodas.. que no os desanime el tema del ascensor. Es un 4° piso. En Japón la PB se denomina 1F.
La pequeña terraza con vistas despejadas al skyline de Ikebukuro es preciosa. No dudéis. Es una buena opción este apartamento... Y aprovecho para daros algún buen consejo:
- No hay que obsesionarse con videos de YouTube, deja fluir tu viaje a Tokyo y déjate perder por sus calles.
- Imprescindible Google Maps para moverse en metro y siempre haz caso a la app, puertas de entrada/salida, número de vagón.. ojo a tren Express o Local
- Atiende siempre las pantallas interiores de cada vagón de metro, dan muchísima información útil.
- Nunca tengas prisa por alcanzar un metro, para y comprueba siempre la app y los carteles de info en tren y estación.. en 5 minutos viene otro.
Respeta sus costumbres y disfruta.

La atención del propietario fue excelente. Camas cómodas y apartamento con todas las comodidades disponibles (lavadora, tendedero, plancha...). La terraza está muy bien. Repetiríamos.

Great place. Very clean.
Pros:

Clean and fresh. Beds were comfy. Duvets warm. Air con worked. Shampoo and soap provided.

Cons:

Just a little bit further that I thought to the station. But it was fine really.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay at the property

- The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with
- The owner was well-prepared, making the check-in process very simple
- The room was neat and clean

Cons:

- The entrance to the apartment building lacked security. The front entrance was kept wide open at all times, anyone could get in easily making it feel a bit unsafe

Lovely area. Would stay there again.
Pros:

It was a very quiet neighbourhood. This apartment was very well looked after. Everything was spotless.

Cons:

They did warn us about the stairs which was very kind of them. I can’t really complain. I saw it as a workout! 😅

Pros:

Located in the a quite neighbourhood Ikebukuro. Close to farmacies and minimarket and a supermarket which was very convenient. The apartment is great beds are amazing. And the balcony was the cherry on top. Me and my wife loved our stay there. CLeaning supplies and basic cookware were available.

Cons:

THe only thing it was missing were cups, tea cups and dishcloth

Very clean and spacious compared to Japanese housing. Everything was very organised and modern. Beautiful view from the balcony. Would book again if I’m in Tokyo.

Comfy place to stay
Pros:

Very clean, complete facilities (washing machine, comfy bed, etc), helpful host, quite near train stations and convenience stores/restaurants

Cons:

No elevator 😅 (but we were well-informed of this)
