A takarító nők nagyon kedvesek és alaposak.A szobák minden nap tiszták voltak.Az elhelyezkedés csodás.
Nem volt széf a szobában illetve az egyik recepciós nem beszélt angolul.A reggeli minden nap ugyan az volt.
Понравилось всё! Номер очень красивый, был сет из 3-х подушек на кровати, уборка проводилась каждый день, даже постельное меняли ежедневно, что удивительно. Есть суп на завтрак и это круто 😊 Все наши запросы рецепция выполняла моментально, очень милые мальчики. Был балкончик, стол для семейных ужинов) Район удобный, рядом метро, остановка трамвая в 6 минутах ходьбы, есть много ресторанов и супермаркеты. До самого центра ехать на трамвае около 15 минут.
К сожалению, в одной из наших комнат не работал кондиционер на обогрев. Сотрудники предложили нам поменять комнату, но поскольку она была другой категории, нам это не подошло. Однако это мелочь по сравнивать с тем, какие услуги мы получили)
Our stay at Best House Hotel Old Town in Istanbul was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day — everything was cleaned thoroughly, refreshed, and kept in perfect condition.
Breakfast every morning was delicious, and fresh. Majeed and Mahmoud in the kitchen were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure everything was always topped up and well prepared. One morning we got confused about the breakfast timing and arrived late, but they still kindly served us and made sure we were fully taken care of. Their kindness really meant so much to us.
The reception team was equally wonderful, especially Bassam. He went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was extremely kind, patient, and always ready to help. He helped us order food and personally brought it up to our room, which we truly appreciated. He made sure to check that we had everything we needed in our room. He even walked with us to the bus stop to guide us on how to get to the airport on time, making sure we were comfortable and knew exactly where to go. His dedication and care made a huge difference in our experience.
I also want to express my gratitude to the owner. I had mistakenly booked the hotel for the wrong month and was very worried, but the owner was incredibly understanding and kindly changed the dates for me without any issues. Towards the end of our stay, the owner also made sure we were taken care of whilst packing and weighing our bags.
The location of the hotel is excellent — right in Old Town and so close to everything, with plenty of restaurants and food places nearby. It made exploring Istanbul easy and enjoyable.
A very special thank you to Bassam, Majeed and Mahmoud, they deserve a promotion! Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable.

I recently stayed at The Best House Old Hotel in Istanbul, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. Everything was just right.
The price was very reasonable, especially for what you get. The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and really charming. Breakfast was included and it was lovely each morning, with a nice variety and fresh food.
But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were beyond amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of, which made a huge difference during my stay.
If you’re heading to Istanbul and want a place that feels like a home away from home, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be back!
Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et à l'écoute. La suite pour 4 personnes est spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux.
L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la station métro.
Le petit dej est toujours le même, les mêmes aliments, des petits changements de temps à autre ne feront pas de mal. Mais c'est juste un petit détail.
