Cons:

The shower. I have sent a separate email to the manager about same. It was freezing cold or scalding hot. There was no control with the handle. Very dangerous

Pros:

The room was lovely, very comfortable, bathroom great, shower great and having a proper coffee machine was a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing, cold.
Did not like the location of the breakfast area which was in the main reception area.

Loved it and will definitely stay again
Pros:

We loved the location as it was only a 5 minute walk away from the bars. The breakfast was great as there was plenty of choice

Cons:

There was no mirror in room 213 other than the bathroom mirror so trying to dry my hair without a mirror in the main bedroom was tricky

Vibrant, historic and close to everything.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of delicious choices. Room was spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect. Handy location to everything.

Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, prévenant et attentionné. Les chambres sont très propres et le petit-déjeuner vraiment copieux avec un grand choix et une très bonne qualité.

Una estancia perfecta
Pros:

Nos gustó todo!!! Excelente ubicación, un desayuno exquisito y de 10! Las instalaciones perfectas, a destacar que tienen enchufes para varios países que eso viene genial!! Si volvemos a Galway lo volveríamos a elegir sin ninguna duda.☺️☺️
