Brilliant place, ideal location for exploring Galway
Shame really… We had an upgraded room but ground floor next to road… Far too noisy… We didn’t complain as the staff were great and I didn’t want to cause a fuss
Great location. Bed was absolutely awful, two single beds pushed together that just kept slipping apart. I did email the hotel the next day and basically was thanked for my feedback despite paying good money to not be able to sleep properly.
The bed and the customer service the next day.
The beds are nice and comfotable, the rooms and reception are nicely decorated. We liked that we could take a few breakfast items and coffees up to our friends who didnt make it down. The staff were really nice and helpful. We also liked that the hotel looked after our bags when we arrived and early and then when we were leaving. The 11am check out time was well liked in our group.
There wasnt much space to put our belongings in the room. Even though the breakfast was disappointing at first, it was adequate for what we needed and so we made the best of it and the flexibility of it was very positive for our group. There was no top up of barrys tea after our 1st day and no biscuits in the room. Even though this was booked a number of months ago, we were on seperate floors, this couldnt be changed due to the hotel being full.
Perfect location,
Stuff very helpful whenever you need
Very good hotel, great location and pleasant, helpful staff.
It was a great location, walkable right to town and the water. The breakfast is included and delicious. Perfect to go options as well. Liam at the front desk was very helpful!!!
No full bar on site but did have a selection of wine, beer and alcohol
Great location right in heart of the city. Friendly staff.
The bathroom’s doors are made of glass and cannot be fully closed. It’s a bit unpleasant.
