Buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, super céntrico y se puede caminar a todas partes. El staff es muy amable y hay agua potable disponible en los pasillos del hotel. El cuarto estaba muy limpio .

Cons:

Nunca me salió agua caliente por más que seguí las indicaciones. En la noche tuve frio, considero que las sábanas no son suficiente. Por el tipo de ventanas que son, el ruido sí o sí se escucha. Si alguien entra al hotel en la madrugada o muy temprano, se escucha en el cuarto. Por el precio esperaba un poquito mas

Pros:

The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are decent for the price. However, I do want to warn future guests about something that caught me off guard. When we checked in, there was a basket in the room with candy, chips, and small sample-sized bottles of wine. The staff member who walked us to the room had me sign a paper and simply said it was “to confirm the candy was here,” so I assumed it was a courtesy item.

We only ate a couple of the snacks, nothing major. At checkout, I was surprised to see a $24 charge for the items. I didn’t mind paying it, but it would have been much better if they had clearly explained that the basket wasn’t complimentary. A little transparency would go a long way

It was fair.
Pros:

It was clean, people were very nice and helpful. It’s located in the middle of the city.

Cons:

The room doesn’t reflect what the pictures provide, the 3 beds barely fit into the room the size of the beds are tiny as well as the room itself, it’s too small. The room has no hooks to hang anything nor any storage.

It says it has parking. And it has not. The parking is 15 minutes away (by car) without Shuttle service. The don’t have enough blankets. The bed was uncomfortable. The noise in the morning is absurd.

No recomiendo, noches bastante incómodas
Pros:

El lugar externamente es visualmente muy hermoso, las habitaciones se ven acogedoras también, pero no son para nada cómodas ni prácticas

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy incómodas, los colchones son los peores en los que hemos dormido en un hotel, no miento cuando digo que se hundían. Sumado a eso las puerta principal tiene vidrio por lo que la luz exterior hacia que la habitación siempre estuviera iluminada. Lo otra parte, las habitaciones eran 0 aislantes de sonido, por lo que podías escuchar TODO de las habitaciones vecinas, en conclusión las noches fueron bastante incómodas. Para terminar de empeorar la situación el agua caliente es por termo ducha, y en nuestro caso se quemó en media estancia por lo que tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría.

Si lo que buscan es un lugar tranquilo para dormir cómodo después de un largo día de viaje, definitivamente este no es el hotel para ustedes. No lo recomiendo. Hay hoteles similares de precio con mucho más comodidad. Lo sé porque nos quedamos en varios hoteles porque queríamos conocer diferentes hoteles porque todos eran visualmente hermosos, pero sin duda quedarnos acá fue un error.
