Pros:

Très bien en général. Le personnel est excellent. Très bien situé pour marcher un peu partout dans Antigua. Ce qui manque, c'est le climatiseur dans la chambre.

Central Location, Pleasant Staff and Pretty Patio
Pros:

The receptionists were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff kept the room and courtyard immaculate. The Spanish colonial decor and central patio with flowering plants and a fountain created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
The central location was perfect, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and all major attractions.

Cons:

The twin room we occupied was small and uncomfortable. It had only one wooden chair. The hotel provided what they called an in room 'snack bar', which we thought would be a minibar. There was no in room refrigerator. The wifi and television worked most of the time, but service was sporadic. Noise began very early in the morning, often before 7 am. The louvered window panes let in mosquitoes and outside noise. Black out curtains would have provided a better environment for sleep.

Clean, quiet, great location
Pros:

Very good location - easy walk to Parque Central, Mercado Municipal, La Bodegona, etc. Great restaurants within 1 block (discount at Burger House if craving a taste of home). Staff are super nice & helpful. Fabulous rooftop terrace. Beds comfy

Cons:

The metal doors with thin pieces of glass were noisy. Room was pretty small for 2 people - no place to put suitcases so had to keep them on the bed. Was okay for 2 nights but longer than that would be rough.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, super céntrico y se puede caminar a todas partes. El staff es muy amable y hay agua potable disponible en los pasillos del hotel. El cuarto estaba muy limpio .

Cons:

Nunca me salió agua caliente por más que seguí las indicaciones. En la noche tuve frio, considero que las sábanas no son suficiente. Por el tipo de ventanas que son, el ruido sí o sí se escucha. Si alguien entra al hotel en la madrugada o muy temprano, se escucha en el cuarto. Por el precio esperaba un poquito mas

Pros:

The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are decent for the price. However, I do want to warn future guests about something that caught me off guard. When we checked in, there was a basket in the room with candy, chips, and small sample-sized bottles of wine. The staff member who walked us to the room had me sign a paper and simply said it was “to confirm the candy was here,” so I assumed it was a courtesy item.

We only ate a couple of the snacks, nothing major. At checkout, I was surprised to see a $24 charge for the items. I didn’t mind paying it, but it would have been much better if they had clearly explained that the basket wasn’t complimentary. A little transparency would go a long way

It was clean, people were very nice and helpful. It’s located in the middle of the city.

Cons:

The room doesn’t reflect what the pictures provide, the 3 beds barely fit into the room the size of the beds are tiny as well as the room itself, it’s too small. The room has no hooks to hang anything nor any storage.

It says it has parking. And it has not. The parking is 15 minutes away (by car) without Shuttle service. The don’t have enough blankets. The bed was uncomfortable. The noise in the morning is absurd.
