THEY STOLE FROM US.
We were told they could do our laundry and so we left our clothes in the bag they gave us. Hours later I went to check and they said they hadn’t done it but it would be done for the next afternoon which was no good as we were leaving at 7 am and anyway check out was at 11 so it made no sense.
They returned the bag to us, I took my clothes, my friend left hers. We realized we were missing her Rebook wind breaker jacket which we had used the day before for a hike.
When contacted they said the didn’t have, and just denied any liability there.
I would warn anyone NOT TO USE THIS HOTEL as they are not honest people.

Excelente atención del personal, cerca del centro, muy peq. y calientes las habitaciones. Muy limpio

La cercanía al centro y el personal demasiado amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y calientes, solamente tienen un ventilador que lo que hace es circular el mismo aire caliente.
En la publicación de booking sólo dice que la piscina está aparte del hotel, osea que no está dentro de las instalaciones pero no dice ni que hay que pagar adicional ni que cierra a las 6 p.m

La ubicación está muy bien. Es una zona tranquila cerca de los puntos más destacados. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son correctas. La habiatación fue correcta, con dos camas.

Cons:

Las ventanas son de muy mala calidad y no se cierran bien aunque veo que es habitual en los hoteles de Guatemala. Me asignaron una habiatación en el piso inferior, alrededor de un patio interior con una fuente. Hace una vista agradable pero es un reclamopara los mosquitos.
