No recomiendo, noches bastante incómodas

El lugar externamente es visualmente muy hermoso, las habitaciones se ven acogedoras también, pero no son para nada cómodas ni prácticas

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy incómodas, los colchones son los peores en los que hemos dormido en un hotel, no miento cuando digo que se hundían. Sumado a eso las puerta principal tiene vidrio por lo que la luz exterior hacia que la habitación siempre estuviera iluminada. Lo otra parte, las habitaciones eran 0 aislantes de sonido, por lo que podías escuchar TODO de las habitaciones vecinas, en conclusión las noches fueron bastante incómodas. Para terminar de empeorar la situación el agua caliente es por termo ducha, y en nuestro caso se quemó en media estancia por lo que tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría.

Si lo que buscan es un lugar tranquilo para dormir cómodo después de un largo día de viaje, definitivamente este no es el hotel para ustedes. No lo recomiendo. Hay hoteles similares de precio con mucho más comodidad. Lo sé porque nos quedamos en varios hoteles porque queríamos conocer diferentes hoteles porque todos eran visualmente hermosos, pero sin duda quedarnos acá fue un error.

Gratitud.
Pros:

El trato del personal con el que tuve contacto, con Isis en recepción y con su compañera, con el personal de limpieza, el muchacho que estaba en horas de la noche en la recepción con todos fue muy humano y respetuoso.

Quisiera volver todo la semana santa pero ya no tienen espacio. Igual hoy en mi trabajo estoy recomendando el lugar a mis compañeras de trabajo.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Feliz regresaría a este lugar. Tiene todo lo que necesito para pasarla seguro y tranquilo

Like I said I just wanted to enjoy my trip and get out.
Pros:

I liked the area where the hotel was located, I liked all the maid, every morning they came and asked me if I needed my room clean or offered new towers.

Cons:

I didn't like the front desk lady, she act like I came from different planet or she never saw black person before or she thought what the hell I was doing there or I could not afford to be there and I believed she over charged me but I did not worry about it, I just wanted to have fun and get out.

Grata estadía en Antigua
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Sencillo pero hermoso lugar, linda decoración. Con detalles que marcaron la diferencia. El personal es muy amable. Cuentan con una estación de té/café y agua que se agradece bastante.
Llegamos muy temprano a Antigua, nos fuimos directo con la idea de poder guardar nuestras maletas pero feliz y afortunadamente nos entregaron la habitación antes del horario del check in asi es que agradecidas y felices!!! 100% recomendable.

Quizá estaba más cómodo dormir en el suelo que en esas camas viejas y duras, la iluminación era mala, el baño súper pequeño. Definitivamente JAMÁS me vuelvo a hospedar ahí y mucho menos los recomendaría.

La ubicación es genial. La habitación cómoda y el personal amable.

Cons:

Es muy ruidoso, tienen un motor que se activa para sacar agua incluso en horas de la madrugada y se escucha lo suficiente para interrumpir el sueño. No me gustó que me enviaron un link para pagar días antes cuando ya antes había puesto mis datos para que se hiciera el cobro.
