Superb location
Pros:

The location and facilities are excellent. The only issue was that the apartment was not well equipped at the beginning of our stay. Towels were missing but rapidly made available when requested

Extremely clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and the room waitresses are more friendly than all other workers though everyone is nice.
I loved the cleanliness and privacy

Cons:

Sometimes people at the reception more especially the short brown small lady is abit not friendly. WiFi is sometimes not working mostly on Linkendin

Spacious apartments with great views and facilities, but with some comfort and service details that could be improved.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Having a kitchen, living room with balcony, and a washing machine was especially convenient after travelling for some time. The apartment was cleaned perfectly every day. The pool, gym, and common areas are very nice, and the views over Nairobi from the balcony and pool are stunning. The location is good, and the coffee available downstairs is excellent.

Cons:

The gym has no air conditioning, and with the evening sun shining directly inside, it became too hot to work out comfortably. There were only three deck chairs at the pool, which made it almost impossible to get one, and they were uncomfortable without cushions. We initially only received towels for one person and had to ask several times to get a second set. Breakfast was okay but a bit disappointing, with food that was somewhat dry and staff who seemed less friendly than in other hotels. It was also slightly confusing that some apartments appear to be privately owned or rented.

Staff, facilities, and location were excellent

Cons:

Breakfast while good, was not varied.
Apartment was kept clean, but often toiletries, towels, and coffee either not replenished or replaced very late.
Should be an easy fix but it wasnt and was extremely inconvenient. For 2 guests, only one key and elevator card were available, causing many nights of lost sleep.

Reposant et pratique pour un séjour court ou long.
Pros:

Tout est à disposition (cuisine, micro-ondes, wifi), un très bon restaurant avec livraison et un mini market dans l’hôtel. Très bon emplacement permettant aux Uber d’être accessibles rapidement. Les photos sont conformes.

Cons:

L’appartement était du côté des boites de nuit. Une note avait été laissée avec des bouchons d’oreilles, que j’ai utilisé pour dormir la 1er nuit.
Dans l’appartement que j’avais, Il y avait des ventilateurs mais pas de climatisation.

Cosy & convenient
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and helpful.Apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities of home.Also,the in-house restaurant,”Slate & Bar” has great food selections and is really good!We also love the breakfast that came with our deluxe 2bedrooms apartment.Location is good too as it is near to a few shopping malls and Westland area is pretty safe. Street people are very friendly.

Cons:

The beds might have some bed bugs and need some treatment as we were bitten by the bugs during our 4 nights stay.

It was a bad experience to stay there
