Lovely place and location. be sure to bring high-quality earplugs.

Cons:

It gets very noisy at night, with several clubs and nightlife spots nearby. While that could be a plus, the rooms aren’t properly soundproofed, and the entire apartment shakes with the bass from whichever venue is loudest.

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location. There is a nice view from the terrace, which we really enjoyed. The building also offers a rooftop pool and a gym, which is a nice bonus, although the pool is quite small. There are restaurants nearby, so everything is easily accessible.

The only downside was the kitchen, which was not very well equipped.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Pros:

The apartment is spacious and nice and very close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. They cleaned it every day. Internet was good. On the first day there was an extensive food smell that was hard to stand, but on the second day it disappeared.

Stay at Skynest in March 2026
Pros:

Accommodation (room, living area, toilets) was very comfortable and clean with plenty of lights. Amenities in the building were good (grocery store, cafe, rooftop pool, gym etv).

Cons:

Quite a lot of leaks when it rained.
Slate restaurant's breakfast needs to be richer, with more variety of food.

Doesn't live up to the standard
Pros:

The location was great for me although there was quite some noise from the night life around the building. But with earplugs I slept really well. I liked the way the apartment was furnished: modern and stylish. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There was a lot of equipment in the kitchen and I was surprised to see a washing machine (which I didn't use though). The entertainment zone and the gym/pool area is cool.

Cons:

Somehow it smelled of smoke - maybe somebody had smoked in this room or it was from the neighbor. Also in the bedroom I heard every word the neighbor said through the walls. There was a towel missing in the guest bedroom, there were no towels in the kitchen and the bathroom was not very clean. There were also many stains on the sofa and the seat and the furniture looked used.

Pros:

Location was great. Residence was spacious. Rooftop was beautiful. General ambience of the building was good and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was subpar. The toast was nauseating as it was "fried" with butter. I prefer toasties popped into a toaster. Without that option, guests are left with no choice but to eat the fried option.
The pancake was cold and waffles rubbery.
Paid for breakfast for 3 days, didn't bother returning the next morning.

Room had sliding doors with damaged locks. Couldn't lock the doors in both living room and bedroom leading to the balcony. Reported it, maintenance came in but said it couldn't be repaired and need to be changed. I was assured I was safe, but I felt uncomfortable knowing I couldn't lock those doors.

Bathroom had black mould in the corner of the glass screen, that was quite disgusting. Also, the soap holder was damaged and almost off the wall. Had to use the kitchen towel to keep my soap from sliding down and off the holder.

First 24 hours, I didn't have hot water running. Didn't realise till I needed to take a shower at night when maintenance had already closed, and I had no hot water. Had to wait till next morning and repeated calls to reception before I had someone come in to fix it.

The last night before I left, it rained heavily, and the room got flooded. I was on the 3rd floor by the way. The entire rain flowed in from the balcony into the room. Had to place towels to hold off as much water as possible. Slipped twice as everywhere was wet.

I stayed only 3 nights, and it was one issue after another. Not a good experience at all.

Pros:

Personel bardzo przyjazny i uprzejmy.
Apartament nowy, pokoje przestrzenne i funkcjonalne.
Na dole sklepik i restauracja, dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Wyposażenie apartamentu niezgodne z opisem np. brak żelazka.
Od samego początku byl problem z ręcznikami. Na 3 osoby najpierw dostaliśmy 1 potem 2.
W opisie była dźwiękoszczelność. Ale przez 3 noce nie mogliśmy spać ze względu na halas z pobliskiego klubu. Muzyka byla tak głośna, ze drżały szyby. Na dodatek grała do samego rana do godziny 7.
