超越滿分的住宿
Pros:

室內設計相當貼心旅人，備品品質都很棒，例如：柔軟的今治毛巾，直接堆成山一樣留給房客放心使用；餐具美到想買回家，可惜沒辦法買；員工非常幫忙，預約計程車、餐廳等等，很有效率。空間很舒適，洗衣機更是亮點，烘乾功能是新式的靜音型，即使洗衣行程較長也不用太擔心；另外一個貼心的設計是，我們住2樓，樓下是店家，不用擔心小孩跑來跑去影響別人，地點也很好，週邊餐廳很多且離商店街、美觀地區景點、商店街幾分鐘路程⋯

Friendly staff, clean and spacious.
Pros:

spacious, clean and walkable location to key stores and destination. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and attentive. The surrounding shops and restaurants are great and definitely worth trying at least once.

Location is very walkable and about a 8 minute walk from the train station.

Cons:

Narrow stairway and entry. Hard to store stroller inside without getting in the way of the walkway path. The default hot water temperature is also not very hot, so make sure to set it up 2-3 degrees more if you plan to take a bath.

A very comfortable, well-appointed and centrally-located apartment. Highly recommend it!
Pros:

This was more apartment-like than a hotel, and extremely spacious and comfortable. It had a full kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, etc. Like most Japanese hotels, it had great amenities in the room including slippers, toiletries, pajamas, and a couple bottles of water. I was a bit concerned that the place was more of a self check-in situation than a hotel with a front desk, but there is an office right next to the place, and its staff is there for most of the day and were extremely helpful. If you get there during office hours, they give you access and show you around. The location was very central to the historical quarter, just keep in mind that it is in a pedestrian area. I'd recommend walking there from the station, but if you have a lot of luggage or want to take a taxi, they may not be super sure where to drop you off since vehicles can't actually reach the front door of the apartment. There is a Family Mart a 2 or 3 minute walk that is usually where a vehicle can drop you off or pick you up from.

Cons:

Nothing with the place itself, but they do send a lot of (I think automated) emails which at times seemed a bit excessive. Because there were so many, it was somewhat confusing to discern which one had the actual critical information related to the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!!
Pros:

We loved the location which was minutes (on foot) to the Bikan Historical District. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and the mini apartment was well appointed. The two receptionists, Natsuko and Yuri, were amazing. They helped us forward our large luggage pieces to another hotel to lighten our load. We didn't have a proper adaptor for our laptop and the owner went out of his/her way to pick up an adapter for us. We highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

We didn't like the narrow and steep staircase at the entry.. We were traveling with my elderly mother so it was a bit difficult for her to climb up and down the stairs.

Pros:

Great location and spacious room with balcony! All the amenities are craft work by designers and explained at their website. Bonus-Equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Cons:

All the stairs to get to to our room 😂 but staff helped to carry luggage!

Pros:

Wow! Spacious interior with all the amenities for a short or long stay. The location was near all the attractions and restaurants. The staff was attentive and made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

A washing machine was available but the dryer was weak.
