Hoi An French Heritage listed hotel with atmosphere
Pros:

The staff are wonderful an the owner visits often to meet guests and ensures that their happy.
Food ideas good.
The location is fantastic and the building is heritage listed.

Cons:

The mattress was a little hard for me.
Be aware there is no lift too.

Pros:

Great stay, the location was amazing could walk everywhere. The staff were so lovely. We got a drink on arrival which was nice. The room was a good size and super clean.

Cons:

The only fault would be the comfort of the bed. It was very solid so made sleeping uncomfortable. Despite that I would book again for a short stay!

Avoid, no shelter even when you got booking

I couldn't stay there because it was apparently over booking and host asked to cancel my booking, although i very much wanted to stay at that place.

He promised at the end the cancel the booking himself but never did. Now I'm dealing with booking.com the issue. Quite annoying host.

Excellent location and great value for money
Pros:

Great location and actually very quiet! Rooms were clean and a great size. Nice and dark so very good sleeping

Cons:

MOZZIES! I Quite a few handing about in my room so be prepared if the like you. Just be aware that some of the rooms don’t have windows and face into the courtyard where breakfast is served. It was surprisingly quiet during my stay - but something to be aware of if you like sleep ins.

Cash only. In Vietnam ATM withdrawals can be very limited meaning more withdrawals and more fees. Credit card or debit card fees are less than ATM fees, and cash goes fast in Vietnam.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, but not too busy directly outside.

Room was good - nice size, good aircon, nice shower.
