Excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the lantern boats. Clean, comfortable and good air conditioning.
Room was spacious with good air con, right in heart of city and cheap
Nothing
Great friendly people
Bed was very hard
It was quiet considering it’s located in the middle of The Old Town area .
location is good close to everything
L'hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville, on peut facilement visiter autour. Le patio est très agréable, les chambres grandes, propres. Équipée d'un frigo, de la climatisation. Le personnel était très disponible.
Excelent hotel with good beds, new bathrooms , excelent breakfast and most of all a very kind and human treatment. The manager of the hotel let us use our bedroom after check out time as we still had 7h in the city before flight time. Really thankful for that🙏
Location is fantastic
Rooms are a bit gloomy
It's so close to the old town it's quiet
The breakfast is basic
No staff on reception this time
L'emplacement est très proche du marché et des rues animées et pourtant c'était très calme car situé au fond d'un bâtiment avec une espèce de grand patio très agréable où l'on prend le petit-déjeuner
Great location, at short walking distance from Hoi An old town. Nice spacious room - some people complained about lack of window, I personally found that having the room facing the courtyard adds to its character.
Staff is really nice - all of them! Nice breakfast too.
Overall very clean, ok bathroom and comfortable bed - if you like it hard as I do.
Pillow weren’t the best, but can do for a couple go nights.
I’d suggest to rethink a bit at the room furniture and decoration: it looked a bit empty.
Breakfast is nice, I’d have appreciated having a juice and coffee, not just one of the two.
Fridge and air con were a bit noisy: didn’t bother me too much though.
Overall slightly overpriced in my opinion, but still an excellent option.
Position- & lovely attentive staff

Veldig sentral og fin beliggenhet. Mange gode plasser å spise i området. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsome. God frokost. Anbefaler plassen.
Litt hard seng.
We had booked a room with a balcony – but there was no balcony at all. It took hours of persistent effort to get a refund, as the hotel did not live up to what was advertised. The owner was uncooperative, claimed he couldn’t communicate with Booking.com, and tried every excuse to avoid reimbursing us for a room that was completely misrepresented.
We lost an entire afternoon in Hoi An dealing with this. The hotel oversells itself on a false basis – in reality, there are no balconies, and the rooms have no proper windows, only doors, which means zero privacy unless you close everything up – and then you’re left with no natural light or ventilation.
The atmosphere is not cozy at all, and the owner was extremely aggressive when we stood our ground. Eventually, we did get our money back and moved to another hotel.
This place is a tourist scam, and we cannot recommend it.
