Perfect location, would come again
Pros:

The location is simply perfect! As soon as you leave there are restaurants and shops, a fifteen minute walk from the night market on the island but two minutes from the nearest market which is no less worth it. Despite the bustling location the hotel was quiet and there was no problem sleeping. The staff was excellent, always ready to help and answer questions. The restaurant on site is also delicious

Cons:

The hot water in the shower runs out very quickly, we told the owner and he tried to fix it but it only helped a little. Anyway the flow is really strong which is good.

多分　二度とホイアンには行かないでしょうね。

ホテルの女性スタッフに，オプショナルツアーの値段を尋ねたところ，３倍の値段を提示され，信用できないなと感じました。また，近くにスーパーマーケットがなかったのは残念です。リンゴや牛乳を買いたかったのですが，なんとか，市場やミニマートで手に入れることができました。　近くの旅行代理店や自転車のタクシーなど，皆，値段をつり上げ儲けることばかり考えているので油断できません。そして，以前のような鄙びた感じ・のんびりした感じのホイアンの姿はもうどこにもありませんでした。その上，バイクやオートバイがそこら中を走り回り，排気ガスがすごく，道ばたで座って商売している人たちの健康が心配になりました。

Pros:

We loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful. It is very close to the markets resturants and the river. We will be back there for sure if we are lucky enough to travel to vietnam again

Pros:

It was a lovely friendly boutique style Hotel. Fantastic Location great WiFi and a nice breakfast. Also they have a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I’m going to give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

Le personnel adorable et compétent . La nourriture, la grande chambre , la simplicité chaleureuse, la tranquillité

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Location was awesome. In the heart of the old town. The most clean accomodation so far in Vietnam. Great bathroom. Fair price for the package you get. Try one of the great coffees (Salted Coffee) in their restaurant and watch the strolling people passing by.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing to complain.

Excelent hotel in a quiet place in the centre. Beautiful typical architecture. Kind staff.
Pros:

Excelent hotel with good beds, new bathrooms , excelent breakfast and most of all a very kind and human treatment. The manager of the hotel let us use our bedroom after check out time as we still had 7h in the city before flight time. Really thankful for that🙏
