Pros:

Location, it is very close to the old town and pretty close to all nearby attractions. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Staff were good but didn't feel friendly like other places in Vietnam. Well serviced and maintained.

Cons:

The property is attached to a restaurant which is pretty barren most of the time. If you are given a room downstairs, there will be a lot of noise from the group eating. The doors didn't insulate the sound much. Rooms could have been little larger.

Position is convenient, but doesn't compensate for the poor experience.

Cons:

When we arrived they were overbooked and they tried to make us stay in a different room. When we complained that that was not what we had reserved weeks ago, there was little to no help on their side, and they completely disregarded the fact that I was travelling with my 75 y.o mom that was already exhausted enough and in pain. We ended up having to move to different hotels every day during our stay because everything was booked out at this point, paying 3 times as much because of their incompentence. Never again, would not suggest it.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis in de oude stad.
Pros:

De ligging is echt super mooi. Midden in het oude centrum en zodra je vanaf de straat naar binnen loopt waan je je in een oase rust. De badkamer is lekker ruim en de douche is heerlijk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en aardig.

Perfect location, would come again
Pros:

The location is simply perfect! As soon as you leave there are restaurants and shops, a fifteen minute walk from the night market on the island but two minutes from the nearest market which is no less worth it. Despite the bustling location the hotel was quiet and there was no problem sleeping. The staff was excellent, always ready to help and answer questions. The restaurant on site is also delicious

Cons:

The hot water in the shower runs out very quickly, we told the owner and he tried to fix it but it only helped a little. Anyway the flow is really strong which is good.

ホテルの女性スタッフに，オプショナルツアーの値段を尋ねたところ，３倍の値段を提示され，信用できないなと感じました。また，近くにスーパーマーケットがなかったのは残念です。リンゴや牛乳を買いたかったのですが，なんとか，市場やミニマートで手に入れることができました。　近くの旅行代理店や自転車のタクシーなど，皆，値段をつり上げ儲けることばかり考えているので油断できません。そして，以前のような鄙びた感じ・のんびりした感じのホイアンの姿はもうどこにもありませんでした。その上，バイクやオートバイがそこら中を走り回り，排気ガスがすごく，道ばたで座って商売している人たちの健康が心配になりました。
