Cons:

They cancel my booking just a few hours before check in and it was during peak season. Where do u expect us to look for a new accomodation at that time. Worse is, we were already otw there. The whole family was otw there! We were so upset, if only they inform us earlier i think i wont be that disappointed. And i get no refund (yet) either. Pheww dont know what to say anymore
