The place was pretty good quiet and safe to stay in.
Pros:

First time having African breakfast it was delicious, the location was easy to locate.

Cons:

There’s nothing I can say that I didn’t like everything was on point.

The only thing I liked was the two kind staff Felicia & Venice. They were very friendly and met all my needs

What I din't like was the receptionist Elizabeth. She put me through hell from Day 1. She made me kicked out of the hotel on lies as she pocketed my 300 cedis and didnot gave me there eipt and told the boss of the hotel that I don't paid and she was harnessing me asking me I descent questions about my private life. She also made me feel very scared. Please all solo female travellers please be very careful about this Ghanian receptionist named Elizabeth. She doesn't like foreign tourists specially women

Horrible
Pros:

Manager Steve refused to honor the price listed on booking.com and charged me more, based on the usd to ghc exchange rate. There was no wifi my whole 1 week stay as staff said they nor the manager had the password. Filthy, hardly cleaned, broken glass on wardrobe in room cut me, fridge didn’t work, bathroom was nasty. No hot water or water pressure. Not worth the stress unless they change because they are scamming, providing hardly any of what is listed. Unprofessional staff laughed at me in my face when I raised these valid concerns. I have the receipts and videos to prove

A convenient, cleanly, comfortable, peaceful, stay
Pros:

Professionalism, convenience, and attention to detail. Attended to all needs and wants and made sure all was great during my short stay, even provided car service which was very convenient for me. Thank you to the staff there.

I really enjoyed the staff friendly atmosphere. I had a clean room and a bed. The cleaners always kept the room tidy and changed the bedsheets.The location is a very quiet area . I recommend this beautiful hotel facility to everyone across the globe.
