Over all, the room was clean and tidy and provided somewhere to sleep for a night.
Pros:

Location was good. Bed was comfy-ish. The room suited our purpose of just having somewhere to stay for a night instead of driving home to the countryside.

Cons:

I can’t complain too much as the price I paid really matched the room i got. My only negative comment would be that the main bed was on rollers and when id sit on it, the bed would move.

Convenient and Comfortable
Pros:

Simple and a bit worn and aged, but at this price for a roomy two-bedroom downtown stay, one can hardly complain!

Cons:

There are no frills: no cushions in the living room, no ice tray in the freezer. But we had the necessities.

Good city centre apartment
Pros:

A very nice, clean apartment that was well-presented upon arrival. The location was excellent, just around the corner and a short walk down the road from Southern Cross Station.

Cons:

Reception hours are a little short, finishing at 5pm on my departure date (Easter Monday), which meant that I had to use private luggage storage facililty at the station at a cost to myself. .

Ok. Noise always a problem as windows not double glazed. Apartments definitely in need of an upgrade

Check in was very average. Arrived at 5pm on a public holiday. No-one at reception. Had to call multiple times to get an answer on phone. Even though room was already paid for, I had to send through ID and credit card details before finally getting details of how to access the appartment. Don’t appreciate giving details to a stranger on end of phone

Basic accommodation close to facilities and public transport.
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to public transport. We were also able to leave our car in the parking area for an extended time after check out which was very convenient.

Cons:

The property was signed differently to the booking name of the accommodation which caused confusion when attempting to access.

Great location, good enough, but don’t expect a luxury stay.
Pros:

Cheap nights stay. Great location for the footy and for the price, a 2 bedroom apartment was great for us and the kids.

Cons:

Old facilities. No one on reception for checkout. Patches on the wall and carpet worn.

Pros:

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It's really well located for airport Skybus, trams and trains. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. There is a supermarket across the road, and plenty of cafes, restaurants closeby.

Cons:

Communication was extremely poor. My 2 requests about early car parking in the Comments on Booking.com went totally unanswered. I tried phoning 3 times, unsuccessfully, to follow up my request. I eventually made contact the day before our booking and was able to access car parking early which was great. But on arrival at 10.30am we couldn't get into the car park. Reception was unstaffed, and we couldn't raise anyone on the contact phone numbers at reception. Finally a security worker was able to let us in. But this meant we never received the 'key' which would allow us to exit the car park the following morning, with noone around to assist and phone contacts being once again unavailable. This caused considerable delay in getting to the airport. The whole car parking experience was extremely stressful.
If communication and staffing of Reception was greatly improved, I would happily recommend this hotel.

Was exactly what I was after.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. The staff were friendly. Onsite parking. The apartment had heaps of space. The location for was terrific for a concert at festival hall. A few good pubs within a short walk. Would stay again.

Cons:

Clearer directions on where to pull into when arriving. Parking garage is off of La Trobe road. You have to pull into the parking garage opening then run inside and get your garage door key while you hope another car isn't trying to exit.

Great location and base for exploring Melbourne
Pros:

Great location right by the Docklands area. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early. Got everything you need for a few nights in Melbourne.

Reasonable flat in Melbourne city centre.
Pros:

Well located at walking distance from the train station.

Cons:

Stove didn't work and kitchen gear isn't enough for cooking. The flat has a smell of mustard which indicates issues with drained.

Pros:

Location and ease of check in. Friendly staff. Luggage storage was useful.

Cons:

Needs some sprucing up. Carpet stained. Remote control for air conditioning downstairs not working properly and unable to be replaced. TV remote not working but quickly replaced. Fan switch in upstairs bathroom not working.
