Budget hotel if you don’t look for a lot
Pros:

It’s almost in the center of the island and the night life

Cons:

It was next to waste center of the island, therefore there was quite a bad smell while walking to the hotel. Luckily we didn’t have the same smell in the room but we couldn’t open any window. The cleanliness of the room was a big issue, especially the bathroom was quite bad and never properly cleaned when we were staying

Pros:

Nice styling. Approved of the refillable glass water containers rather than disposable plastic bottles. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaned and towels changed every day.

Cons:

Strong sewage smell right outside apartment due to water treatment facility next door probably. TV was broken in room, reception staff initially reluctant to fix saying that it just doesn't work. Eventually got other staff to change it. Shower clamp only fixed to wall with one screw so the unit kept flipping up side down every time the water pressure changed. Had a 6 hour power cut from 9am to 3pm.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und das Personal war immer freundlich

Cons:

Es riecht extrem schlecht im Zimmer, kein Handtuch für die Hände, Schimmel im Bad und keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu lüften daher immer feucht modrig. Klimaanlage ging ständig nachts aus obwohl der Timer ausgestellt wurde.Extrem überteuert für den Zustand.

Top saubere Unterkunft
Pros:

War die sauberste Unterkunft die wir in unserer Thailand Reise hatten, top Mitarbeiter und alles toll :) Lage ist auch gut, weil man diesen Lärmpegel nicht mitkriegt.

Отель находится в пешей доступности от всех злачных мест острова, местоположение отличное. На переночевать будет окей

Cons:

Как и до этого писали в отзывах, вид - на стену.
Была сломана душевая, которая протекала и заливала всею ванную комнатку во время душа. Плюс в ванной стоял странный запах, то ли сырости, то ли еще что.
Не было полотенца для рук.
Сушить вещи можно только на балконной раме, с которой дай бог ночью ничего не улетит.

Pros:

Чистое белоснежное белье, много подушек, чай и кофе с печеньем в неограниченном количестве

Cons:

1. Отель расположен в 20 метрах от канализационного канала, соответственно каждый раз проходя мимо чувствуется ужасная вонь и иногда эту вонь затягивает кондиционер в номер.
2. Отсутствует балкон в номере, а напротив окна в метре стена соседнего дома, все вещи у вас будут влажными, поэтому их надо сдавать в прачку.
3. Абсолютно нет шкафов и полочек, хранить одежду негде, она будет валяться везде в комнате и в ванной.
4. По утрам вы будете слышать звук булькающей канализации из унитаза, а в обед не сможете смыть из него воду и не только.
5. Наш номер 107 находился за ресепшном возле входа и было слышно работников отеля и гостей отеля.
6. Уборили номер после 15 часов дня и нам приходилось просить еще об этом, при этом качество уборки ниже среднего.

Не рекомендую, если вам важен уют и комфорт при проживании.

Not very much. Absolutely STUNK and was extremely dirty

Cons:

Smelled foul, unclean, no beds were changed in 3 nights nor room cleaned, and when asked for the room to be cleaned the staff just made the beds. Disgusting

Assolutamente da evitare !
Cons:

La struttura è sporca.
Le mura sono sottilissime e non ho dormito tutta la notte perchè sentivo un uomo che tossiva in continuazione.
Teli sporchi e stracciati.
La reception chiude alle 7pm ed è facilissimo introdursi nella struttura anche per chi non è cliente.
Sicurezza inesistente.
Receptionist antipatica.
Puzza di fogna ovunque.
La finestra era attaccata ad un balcone di un altra casa, quibdi non abbiamo potuto aprirla.

Right by the wastage centre so smelt bad outside and in room if you left windows open but wasn't really much of an issue.
