It is impossible to live without a window for a long time
Pros:

Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to help and smiling

Room was clean and cleaned every day

Cons:

The plumbing was not new and leaked. There was always a puddle in the bathroom after a shower. But the most unpleasant surprise was the lack of a window and, unfortunately, this was not written anywhere in the description or when booking

It was a great place to stay for a few days doing a visa run close to the airport and right in the center of action
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The facilities were very clean. The hotel is right in the middle of an Expat Vietnamese area a little away from the beach but very convenient you can get to ATMs. You can eat any kind of food you want you can go to the expert hotels so you can eat the street food it was amazing.

Pros:

Sincero Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in the area a few times, but this was my best Accommodation yet. VERY clean. Great location. Excellent room amenities. The staff went above and beyond in every way. No bad smells from the plumbing which I've fund in other Accommodation. VERY comfy clean bed.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very bustling area, close to the beach and surrounding amenities. First time coming to Da Nang but feel very warm cause the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to support, the room is fully equipped and clean, will come back next time.

Pros:

Clean and nice room, special pool.
Friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to book tours, taxi, and gave so many helpful information.
Definitely coming back next time.

Pros:

値段的に考えると十分過ぎます。
帰国が24時の便だったので、スタッフの方にレイトチェックアウトの相談をすると、200,000ドンで22時までホテルに滞在でき、昼寝やシャワーを浴びてから帰国する事もでき満足しています。

Pros:

사진상으로 볼 때 주방도 갖춰있고 거실도 분리되어 있어서 기대하고 갔는데 주방에는 조리도구가 없어서 아무것도 해 먹을수 없었습니다. 또한 화장실 세면대는 너무 작아서 씻는 용도로는 사용할수 없고 냉장고 옆 세면대 사용시 물이 흘러서 바닥이 항상 젖게 되네요. 베게에서는 그 전 사용자의 머리기름 냄새가 진동했고, 세탁물을 맡겼는데 세제 냄새가 아니라 기름냄새가 베여 왔습니다.
