Pros:

კარგი ადგილმდებარეობა აქვს აპარტამენტს, არის სუფთა, ნათელი, ლამაზი, ზღვის ხედით, ყველა საჭირო ნივთი დაგხვდებათ, ასევე მარტივად ხერხდება მფლობელთან საუბარი.

Чистота. Близость к морю. Общение с хозяином. Вид с балкона.

Cons:

Надо понимать, что апартаменты находятся на первой линии, поэтому до поздней ночи громкая музыка из близлежащих кафе и ресторанов. Советую пользоваться берушами)

Красивый вид, адекватный владелец который всегда на связи, в номере есть всё необходимое!

Cons:

Нулевая шумоизоляция, так же с набережной постоянный шум до 2-3 ночи, комфортно не поспишь, локация не могу сказать что максимально удобная... в сезон большие очереди для того чтобы подняться на лифте, лифты просто не вывозят такое количество Жильцов, приехать в отпуск и стоять по 15 минут каждый раз дожидаясь лифт ну это крайняя некомфортно!

Pros:

- Very close to the seashore.
- Really cool view. Not just the wall of the opposite building (like many apartments in this building have) but a trully great sea perspective.
- Smooth check-in and check-out, with flexible payment.
- All necessary facilities are provided, including kitchen utensils, AC and washing machine, balcony.

Cons:

- The cleanliness should have been better in general including wiping off the dust and cleaning the dishes properly. But the bathtub is a true disaster and the only really big minus of the apartment. It has a black dirty mold all over the joints.
- The apartment faces a nightlife hotspot. When the summer season starts, be prepared for the loud music from the nearby restaurants until late night, which is well heard inside even all the windows closed.
- We had sheets to cover but would have prefered blankets.
