It was underwhelming and frustrating for a “5 star” hotel

Cons:

Tiny rooms, staff was inconsistent and incompetent when I asked for things to be done. The curtain was falling off and I told them on the first night to fix it, they never did. The lights bled through and our window was facing the parking lot. Breakfast was good some days, staff at breakfast was mostly good.

Buena ubicacion, intalaciones mejorables

El concepto del hotel, la historia de la revolucion y el museo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones si se sienten vijeas, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y del techo habia una gotera. En si las camas son comodas, pero el foco del baño hacia ruido y el aire acondicionado tambien, haciendo poco efectivo el descanso.
