The place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are huge. Does feel like you are in a museum. I got there at 11am and was allowed to check in at 1pm free of charge or pay an early check in. The check out time of 1pm is awesome.
Super friendly staff and super clean an the vintage look so Royal
The king bed had 3 pillows instead of at least 4 … supposed to be 2 pair person
Classic historical hotel. Dated rooms, but clean, comfortable, with aircon, coffeemaker, safe, mini bar, plentiful hot water, soap, shampoo. Friendly staff, speaks english.
Nothing. All good.
An old gracious hotel. Our rooms were all clean and well cared for, even if a little dated (not a problem for us). Beds very comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the communal areas and the location.
Nothing. (Our room was at the back of the hotel which I think may be better than those at the front)
Great location, beautiful hotel, good value for money
Breakfast was nice, location too
Bad choice while on a business trip. Old rooms, noise from the street, complicated corridors (I got lost several times), poor wifi (disconnecting every few minutes), gym closes very early
The lobby is very historic and beautiful. All of the staff, from the front desk to the spa, or professional and kind. Our room was quiet and that was a big plus.
We arrived late during art week, and it felt like we got the very last room in the hotel. It was in a back building, and significantly less beautiful than the room that was advertised. There were bald up tissues and nasty clumps of hair all over the room when we arrived, and neither the bathroom sink nor the bathtub drained. It was nasty.
