Favorite hotel
Pros:

I felt safe in this hotel. For the morning, the madame brought fresh bread from the market. Every breakfast also included different fruits. You can also buy excursions from the same hotel and get information in English. One of my favorite hotels during my entire trip to Vietnam. Very good location, very quiet stay in a comfortable room - everything was perfect.

Muy bien ubicado. La dueña no sabe inglés pero es muy amable y se explica perfectamente con el traductor. Te dan recomendaciones de la zona. Desayuno rico.

Bien situé, personnel très sympathique et attentif aux besoins. Chambre propre et petit déjeuner très simple mais bon.
Un ventilateur dans la chambre.

Cons:

En revanche, service de lavage du linge cher et de mauvaise qualité, nos habits avaient encore des traces de saleté (éclaboussures d'eau et poussière), ils avaient du être juste trempés dans une eau parfumée...

Nettes Hotel in toller Lage.
Pros:

Ein sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Zimmer sind in der Größe völlig ausreichend und sauber. Vorteilhaft und erwähnenswert ist auch der Aufzug, der die Erreichbarkeit der oberen Etagen sehr erleichtert.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erwähnen.

Pros:

Madame Duyen war sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie kaum Englisch spricht, hat sie mit Hilfe einer ÜbersetzungsApp alles perfekt gemanagt. Und alles sehr herzlich.

Cons:

Leider wurde die ganze Bucht von Cat Ba mit einer überdimensionierten Ferienanlage zugebaut. Schade. Der ursprüngliche Charme ist leider dahin. Aber es gibt noch die Insel.

Warm hospitality
Pros:

Warm hospitality and attentiveness from Madame Duyen. A very nice and personable lady! The hotel is in a very good location, is very clean and the breakfast is good. The price is unbeatable.
