Luxury Hotel-Style Room in Queens, New York

这趟回纽约选择的这家民宿令我非常满意，民宿的设施非常完备，房间干净整洁舒适，环境优美又安静，周边有许多购物与美食的场所很方便，尤其是房东非常热情友好乐于助人，下次再来纽约一定还要住这里。

Everyone was very friendly

The host was amazing, very friendly, and the neighbourhood was quite safe and Bayside is a beautiful area, this accommodation was only a 20 mins walk to the train station and in under 30 mins you are in Manhattan. Everything was very clean and well kept, especially the bathroom was very nice, would definitely recommend staying here :)

我们这次参加纽约马拉松，在这里住了两周。位置非常好，坐火车30分钟就可以到曼哈顿，周边超市餐馆都很近，去法拉盛坐Q13半个小时到。附近沿海的步道景色优美，非常适合跑步。房间的设施也很完备，我们经常使用厨房做饭和洗衣房洗衣，感觉都很方便。房东也非常的友善，帮我们解决了很多问题。

It’s a beautiful home and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, if you plan on cooking. Plenty of private space to visit with friends. I felt very safe in that neighborhood and it wasn’t nearly as congested as Flushing! There was private parking off the street. The host was very nice and responded quickly to messages!

Location/ neighborhood was nice

The house is located in a clean, safe and quiet area, with frequent buses that help you to get to Manhattan. House is equipped with all you need, from kitchen items to bathroom cosmetics. Staying in the single room, you can also enjoy basement facilities with large couch and gym. Charlie is a lovely and caring host who does his best to accommodate your requests. Made the solo trip to US feel like home!

It is a prime residential neighborhood and walking distance to a grocery store and nearby restaurants.
It is close to the Fort Totten Park which was a good surprise and it is worth to be visited.

MTA bus Q31 takes you directly from/to Jamaica station (the last one using Jamaica Air Train from JFK). Just be aware that the comute from/to Manhattan takes around 1 hour by bus + subway, but it worth.

Charlie, the host, is very nice and friendly, always willing to help you and he really makes you fell “at home away from home” as he use to say as well other guests.

Great time staying here from England. I have friends in the area so this is perfect for visiting. Charlie responded to any questions really quickly and was super helpful!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Airbnb because it provided a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to all the attractions I wanted to visit but still peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect combination of personalized comfort and hassle-free convenience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, and nice neighborhood.

Planning my trips to New York has gotten so much easier since finding Charlie's place, and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely loved my room; it was beautiful and well thought out. Charlie obviously put a lot of thought into everything about his accommodation in New York. The common areas were also welcoming and inviting, with many touches to make the stay easy and relaxing. Even the front yard has a lovely Japanese maple tree that was joy to see upon arriving. Thanks Charlie!

We loved everything about the property!! It was beautifully spacious, quiet and clean. The security system helped me be at ease while resting.

We came with the flu and stayed to ourselves. The owner provided coffee, tea, hot cocoa in the shared kitchen area. THANK YOU!!! No staff on-site, but the owner was a phone call away if we needed.

I was more than happy to sanitize our room when we left as I don't want anyone to get that flu. We look forward to renting the space again in the future as we frequent NYC often.
