Bliskość do plaży, przestronność apartamentu.

Cons:

Godzina zameldowania to 16:00, a pokój otrzymaliśmy przed 18:00. Personel przy zameldowaniu informował, że będzie gotowe w ciągu 20 minut - po wielu pytaniach przedłużali czas i przekazywali błędne informacje. Obsługa klienta przestała odpisywać.

Przy większych opadach ulica dojazdowa była zalana. Kanalizacja nie była wstanie odprowadzać wody efektem były fekalia na ulicach przez które nie dało się przejść suchą stopą.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich wende mich an Sie bezüglich meiner Buchung, da die tatsächlich erbrachte Leistung in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten erheblich von der gebuchten und bezahlten Leistung abgewichen ist.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick sowie einer Größe von ca. 207 m² gebucht und entsprechend bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch ein Zimmer mit einer deutlich geringeren Größe (ca. 120 m²) ohne Meerblick zugewiesen. Diese Abweichung stellt aus meiner Sicht eine klare Nichterfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung dar.

Ich habe den Mangel mehrfach während meines Aufenthalts beim Hotelpersonal gemeldet und um eine Lösung gebeten. Leider konnte trotz wiederholter Versuche keine zufriedenstellende Einigung erzielt werden.

Zusätzlich wurden mir Kosten (z. B. für Strom) berechnet, die aus meiner Sicht nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden und so nicht Bestandteil der ursprünglichen Buchung waren.

Insgesamt entspricht die erhaltene Leistung nicht dem, was gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Rückerstattung, mindestens in Höhe der Differenz zwischen der gebuchten und der tatsächlich erhaltenen Leistung.

Ich habe entsprechende Nachweise (Fotos, Buchungsbestätigung etc.) dokumentiert und stelle diese bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung.

Ich bitte Sie, den Fall zu prüfen und mir zeitnah eine Rückmeldung sowie eine Lösung anzubieten.

Tolle Apartmentanlage für etwas zu viel Geld.
Pros:

In vielen Bewertungen steht, dass es dort stinkt, viel Müll herumliegt etc. Das können wir nicht sagen. Was man allerdings wirklich bemängeln muss, ist das die Klimaanlage sämtliche Düfte aus den umliegenden Zimmern herum trägt. Hat dein Nachbargarnelen angebraten? Hast du den Duft sofort bei dir.
Die Lage war ganz toll. Direkt am Strand. Sämtliche Restaurants in Fußnähe. Den Pool fanden wir auch ganz toll.

Cons:

Später erst haben wir gesehen, dass ein All Inclusive vier Sterne Resort nur 1000 € mehr gekostet hätte. Die Apartmentanlage ist schön, aber nicht billig! Alles muss man drumherum an Essen kaufen, und das ist alles wirklich sehr teuer. Die Einrichtung wurde für Amerikaner gemacht. Es hat auch nichts mit dem deutschen Standard am Sauberkeit zu tun. Es ist oberflächlich dreckig! Mich hat es sehr gestört, Spülmittel oder ein abtrocknen Handtuch. So musste ich alles in einem Touristen Ort kaufen.

Apartamento excelente
Pros:

El apartamento estaba perfecto. Súper amplio. 3 habitaciones con baño en todas ellas. Decorado con mucho gusto. Muy cómodo y con vistas al mar. Excelente alojamiento. Piscina muy agradable.

Cons:

Las calles de acceso son pequeñas y con la lluvia se inundan lo que impide salir del hotel caminando cuando hay acumulación de agua por las tormentas.
También cuando llueve el agua se la ducha tiene un muy mal olor, lo que nos impidió ducharnos el último día.

La electricidad se paga aparte , hay que tener cuidado con los aires acondicionados.

No nos gustó como nos trató recepcionista no era muy amable, precio decía que tenemos descuento Genius al final pague igual sin descuento, además hay que pagar luz adicional, por mascota adincional,luego no funciono aire en la sala cuando vinimos nos prometieron descuento luego no paso nada, y la tasa del dolar es más alta que la tasa en país general..al final del precio que decía booking había que pagar 300 dólares más y más luz y mascota así que si te vas allá cuenta con 500 a 600 dolares más fuera del precio.
En cocina les faltaba escurridor de platos, no tenían ni jabón de fregar nada hay que comprar si vas allá y los sartenes no se podían usar eran muy muy desgastados..
No volvería allá porque me sentía tratada por recepcionista muy mal como si fuera que el bis hace favor de quedarnos allá porque hasta nos dijo que tenemos dos opciones o nos quedamos o nos vamos... así no se tratan clientes..

Pros:

Estar frente a la playa es lo mejor, la vista perfecta y alojamiento tal cual las fotos bello y cómodo. El acceso a la playa es directo y las tumbonas y sombrillas perfectas. Tiene vigilancia todo el día.

Cons:

La calle que da acceso al alojamiento está rota, se inunda y es una sola vía. caminando no lo recomiendo. En el alojamiento lo único malo es que el agua es salada.

Wonderful stay and excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
