There was a few minor items missing in the kitcken like a cutting board, good cutting knifees and kitchen towels.
Pros:

Property was cleaned and confortable. loved that the beach was near.

Great stay on the beach with lovely sunrises in the morning🌞
Pros:

We loved the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor and on the beach with the swimming pool right outside our balcony. On the balcony there was plenty of seating with coffee table and garden settee plus another table/chairs. Inside there was a large sitting area with dining table and wifi throughout plus Netflix on the tv. In the kitchen there was a complimentary sugar, 2 small packs of filter coffee,kitchen roll, paper serviettes, sponge and fairy liquid. There was a large water dispenser and 6 bottles of small water bottles in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. In the kitchen there was most things to make a meal plus microwave and large fridge.The property was as described/photos. There was aircom throughout and fans in the bedroom. The bathrooms had small bars of soap and were clean with plenty of hot water which was salty. The bedrooms had very large comfortable beds with plenty of pillows.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the payment for the apartment when we arrived. It clearly states on booking.com that we would have to pay in US dollers and the sterling value was to show what it would be in our home currency. We were ready to pay and then told this would be converted into DOP. The converted rate was really poor. In terms of what we paid it added another £40 in sterling terms. We finally had to get booking.com involved to resolve the issue. We could have done with some extra bathroom towels but you had to pay extra. We didn't cook anything and only made toast, tea and coffee. The pots and pans looked well used and there was no bread/cutting board,no tea towels or salt/pepper. The plastic dish drainer looked very dirty so we didn't use it. The bathrooms were clean but there was black mold around the window sill and in one bathroom, the shower head couldn't be moved up or down so it got quite wet in the bathroom😔

Excellent Stay will Return!
Pros:

Our stay at Costa Atlantic was excellent. We stayed in Unit AH‑103, a ground‑floor, two‑bedroom condo conveniently located poolside and just steps from the beach. The unit was spacious and well equipped, featuring a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, comfortable living room, laundry room, and a large deck.

Transportation was seamless, as Costa Atlantic arranged a private airport transfer for us both on arrival and departure. For an additional $10, they also accommodated a stop at Jumbo so we could stock up on groceries for the week, which was extremely convenient.

A few helpful items to bring include an ice cube tray, dishcloths, and face cloths. While the walk to the beach is short, we found it handy to bring a cooler bag to carry 6–8 beers along for the day.

Also tons of great places to each on the beach or in the community!

Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return.

Overall it’s a nice apartment complex, but a bit too expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Condos are big, spacious and right on the beach. There is a security guard keeping an eye on the beach and that no one enters the private area.

Cons:

We arrived exactly on the check-in time, but still had to wait over an hour before we got into our room, because for some reason in wasn’t ready.
Some of the furniture and utilities in the condos were worn down. Our door didn’t seem secure.

Pros:

Perfect location 100ft from ocean , huge balcony with stunning views , convenient parking , friendly staff

Cons:

The Plumbing is very old and rusty , dishwasher wasn't work , fridge wasn't work , the water in the shower didn't drain ,A/C in one of bedroom wasn't work the faucets are leaking and the water has smelly and salt . The master bedroom toilet didn't flush. Apartment need renovation.

Tolle Apartmentanlage für etwas zu viel Geld.
Pros:

In vielen Bewertungen steht, dass es dort stinkt, viel Müll herumliegt etc. Das können wir nicht sagen. Was man allerdings wirklich bemängeln muss, ist das die Klimaanlage sämtliche Düfte aus den umliegenden Zimmern herum trägt. Hat dein Nachbargarnelen angebraten? Hast du den Duft sofort bei dir.
Die Lage war ganz toll. Direkt am Strand. Sämtliche Restaurants in Fußnähe. Den Pool fanden wir auch ganz toll.

Cons:

Später erst haben wir gesehen, dass ein All Inclusive vier Sterne Resort nur 1000 € mehr gekostet hätte. Die Apartmentanlage ist schön, aber nicht billig! Alles muss man drumherum an Essen kaufen, und das ist alles wirklich sehr teuer. Die Einrichtung wurde für Amerikaner gemacht. Es hat auch nichts mit dem deutschen Standard am Sauberkeit zu tun. Es ist oberflächlich dreckig! Mich hat es sehr gestört, Spülmittel oder ein abtrocknen Handtuch. So musste ich alles in einem Touristen Ort kaufen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich wende mich an Sie bezüglich meiner Buchung, da die tatsächlich erbrachte Leistung in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten erheblich von der gebuchten und bezahlten Leistung abgewichen ist.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick sowie einer Größe von ca. 207 m² gebucht und entsprechend bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch ein Zimmer mit einer deutlich geringeren Größe (ca. 120 m²) ohne Meerblick zugewiesen. Diese Abweichung stellt aus meiner Sicht eine klare Nichterfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung dar.

Ich habe den Mangel mehrfach während meines Aufenthalts beim Hotelpersonal gemeldet und um eine Lösung gebeten. Leider konnte trotz wiederholter Versuche keine zufriedenstellende Einigung erzielt werden.

Zusätzlich wurden mir Kosten (z. B. für Strom) berechnet, die aus meiner Sicht nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden und so nicht Bestandteil der ursprünglichen Buchung waren.

Insgesamt entspricht die erhaltene Leistung nicht dem, was gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Rückerstattung, mindestens in Höhe der Differenz zwischen der gebuchten und der tatsächlich erhaltenen Leistung.

Ich habe entsprechende Nachweise (Fotos, Buchungsbestätigung etc.) dokumentiert und stelle diese bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung.

Ich bitte Sie, den Fall zu prüfen und mir zeitnah eine Rückmeldung sowie eine Lösung anzubieten.
