We would highly recommend this place right on the beach
Pros:

The place was absolutely amazing and huge !!! Loved the fact that we had three bathrooms , a balcony overlooking the pool and being able to see the ocean from where we stayed. Loved the place !!! we would definitely go back there in a heartbeat . everyone was so friendly. The one security guard had a smile on his face every time we saw him and the people at the reception desk were awesome.

excelentes departamentos.
Pros:

excelentes departamentos. amplios, muy bien decorados, frente a una linda playa.

Cons:

no es agradable el entorno , calles angostas, poco iluminadas y no parecen ser muy seguras, aunque no tuvimos inconvenientes cuando salimos a cenar en las cercanias

Appartement très sympa au bord de la plage
Pros:

Appartement spacieux avec de grandes chambres et une très belle terrasse, avec accès direct sur la plage, un vrai plus! Le petit coin plage de l'hôtel est calme et agréable.
Personnel accueillant. Lieu sécurisé avec parking gratuit.
Cuisine assez bien équipée, sauf le lave-vaisselle qui ne marchait pas.
Une supérette à 5 mins à pied très bien approvisionnée et quelques restaurants aussi dans le coin.

Cons:

La vue mer au rez-de-chaussée est limitée du aux dunes de sable entre la plage et l'hôtel. Cependant cela isole du vent et des gens qui passent sur la plage.
Piscine froide et pas très propre, mais nous avons surtout profité de la belle plage!
Attention: l'électricité est payante en fonction de votre consommation avec relevé de compteurs en début et fin de séjour.

Eine absolute Katastrophe – „2 Wochen durch die Hölle“ und das für 5.000 $ 😡

Trotz vorrangigem E-Mail-Verkehr mit der Verwaltung erhielten wir statt des gebuchten Apartments 201,im 1. Stock, mit vollem Meerblick,nur ein Erdgeschoss-Apartment mit Blick auf eine Gebüsch-Düne.Das Management war unkooperativ und erklärte die Fotos auf Booking.com für unverbindlich !
Sanitäre Zustände & Hygiene:
Wasser-Skandal:Das Wasser stank unerträglich nach Fäkalien und war verunreinigt! Heisswasser gab es nie! Über Tage mussten wir / Gäste sich im Pool oder Meer waschen.Erst nach Drohung mit Polizei/Krankenwagen wurde Chlor beigemengt und es wurde etwas besser.
Defekte: Ein Bett quietschte.Eine Toilette war zwei Wochen lang undicht;das Bad stand permanent unter Wasser. Mehrfache Verstopfungen.1x kompletter Wasserausfall.Tresor defekt.Eingangstür erhebliche Einbruchspuren. Waschmaschine nicht zu gebrauchen,da das Wasser stinkt.
Anlage: Hundekot und Müll auf der Wiesen vor unserer Terrasse,wurde vom Personal ignoriert.Der Pool war unsauber.
Lage & Umfeld:
Zwar direkt am Strand gelegen,mit eigenen Liegestühle und Schirme,aber gleich nebenan massiver Lärm/Musik und Abgasgestank durch eine angrenzende,chaotische einheimischer Bootsvermietung.Der teils private Strandabschnitt wurde zunehmend von diesen Arbeitern belagert.Ca. 20 Boote! Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist schmutzig und verdreckt und bei Regen ist vieles überflutet,inkl.die eigene Einfahrt zur Apartment-Anlage.
Management & Service:
Inkompetent,unfreundlich und desinteressiert.Lediglich ein neuer Mitarbeiter namens "Pietro" war bemüht.Da wir im Voraus per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatten,saßen wir fest.Lediglich 20 % Preisnachlass wurden unter Druck erstattet. Stromkosten 60 $,sie konnten uns aber nicht abzogen wie andere,da wir beim Einzug sofort den Zählerstand abfotografierten.
Bewertung als Profis:
Wir waren selbst Hoteliers und entsetzt über den Zustand dieser Anlage.Ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Wir würden hier NIE wieder buchen!

Bonito, bem decorado mas com problemas grandes na cozinha e nos banheiros.

Cons:

Utensílios de cozinha muito precário , difícil cozinhar. Banheiro sempre com problema nos ralos ou no chuveiro tornando a estadia difícil.

El lugar es muy bonito, lo recomiendo, pero tiene sus detalles de mantenimiento.

La ubicación, el apartamento es muy bonito.

Cons:

Están muy cerca de perder la exclusividad si no le hacen mantenimiento, alquilé dos apartamento uno grande de 3 dormitorios y otro pequeño de 2 dormitorios, la cocina tenía muchos detalles de uso, que se arreglan con manteniento. La salida del apartamento pequeño a la piscina era un desastre, trabajos con tierra removida y tubos que se veian. Nadie se disculpó por esa incomididad.
