L’hôtel est situé à 2 minutes du lac et de toutes les activités. Grâce à son double vitrage le bruit ne monte pas jusque dans les chambres. La literie est très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix (20€/nuit). Personnel très sympathique. Je recommande.
Comme souvent, on sent un petit manque d’entretien si bien que l’hôtel s’abime. C’est dommage car c’est un chouette hôtel.

Extremely loud music outside, it’s literally impossible to sleep
The room was spacious and clean and the balcony was nice. The staff were really helpful too.
The WiFi wasn’t very strong in our room, also the karaoke outside can be very loud.
The property is located at the centre, close to bus stand. All good restaurants and food stalls are at a walking distance

Blind in bathroom was full of mould. No lift. Breakfast out of food & not replenish in time, very little food & not much choice.

באמצע המקלחת פתאום לא היו מים לקח להם כמעט 20 דקות לסדר את זה שאני כבר במקלחת חוויה פחות נעימה והם לא מבינים אותך וקשה מאוד להסביר להם

The room was great value,the bed is super comfy and the staff was really helpful. We arrived at 3am in the morning and I was chatting with them a few days before to arrange our check in, they were very responsive and made it so easy for us to get in and finally sleep after a long journey from Ha Giang.

Great place, super clean and perfect location in town. Staff were very friendly and helpful with transport etc. Would definitely stay again 👍
The host is really helpful, he speaks English and gave us all the information We needed. He also helped us to arrange the transfer to Hanoi at a good price. The room is spacious with comfortable beds. The balcony had a view on the garden, so it was quiet. The location is excellent, it is in the center of Tam Coc, so all the shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was decent. We had fried eggs with toast. The coffee was really good. I definitely recommend this place. We spent only two nights here, but it I wish we could have stayed longer.
Everything was perfect
Het ontbijt is simpel maar lekker, keuze uit 2 verschillende soorten ei of crepes met banaan of mango.
Huy de receptionist is erg vriendelijk en heeft ons aangeboden om tickets voor de bootjes te gaan halen op zijn scooter een paar kilometer verderop toen de stroom in Tam COC was uitgevallen.
Kregen na de incheck nog oordopjes op onze kamer gebracht omdat er een feestje was en het misschien luidruchtig zou kunnen zijn, er is een karaoke bus vlak voor het hotel, de muziek was luid, maar wij hebben er geen last van gehad, geslapen zonder oordopjes en werden wakker toen de muziek ermee stopte van wegen de stilte.
Voor ons een perfecte plaats dicht bij het meer en de bootjes.
