If it had been rated properly I would have known not to stay there.
Pros:

This place is good for a person who just needs a place to sleep. The location is excellent.

Cons:

It was way overrated on booking.com. The room setup was poor, there was no place to set anything, the toilet stool was hard to use due to the location of the sink, the pillows were not good. It lacked a lot of details that would have made it better. Like I say if you just want a place to sleep it is fine, but people should stop overrating hotels, because it makes the numbers useless. The staff were nice, but did nothing extra. That is okay. There is no coffeemaker in room or fridge, but there is a coffeemaker in the common area that can be used in the morning. The pain in the room also needed touched up and it didn't look very clean.

Przyjemny hotel,w dobrej lokalizacji z malym tarasem z ktorego jest przepiekny widok.Darmowa woda,kawa i herbata przez caly dzien.Przy zlewie nie mielismy cieplej wody ale pod prysznicem byla super goraca.Jest dostepna kuchnia i salon-nie korzystalismy.Pralnia w przystepnej cenie-pol worka 6$,caly 8$😁.Mozesz skorzystac z basenu i sauny w siostrzanym hotelu za dodatkowa oplata 5$ kazde.

Cons:

Pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy bardzo maly,klaustrofobiczny pokoj,bodajze nr 6.Na szczescie nastepnego dnia zmienili nam na wiekszy.Zdjecia pokoi z bookingu nie sa adekwatne do wygladu rzeczywistego,powinni to zmienic,gdyz ludzie sugeruja sie nimi przy wyborze pokoju.Obok hotelu trzymaja koguty i jesli masz lekki sen beda cie budzily kazdego ranka o 5:30.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son cómodas y buenas, tienen cocina afuera, así como agua filtrada y café siempre disponible. Además, hay otros servicios pagos como la lavandería que también nos fue muy útil. También hay una terraza y una fuente bonita.

Cons:

La cañería del baño a veces olía un poco mal, aunque no es del todo grave. El personal nos ayudó y explicó los actividades por hacer, sin embargo, no fue tan fluida la comunicación con algunos y era mejor preguntar en otros lugares porque la información no siempre era completa.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres et les sanitaires sont très propres, tout est très joli et confortable. Le personnel est très aimable et nous a même aidé a récupéré une paire de lunettes que nous avions oublié… Merci !

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement mais aucune assitance de l’établissement de la part de l’hotel ni de booking pour paiement
Pros:

Bel endroit a proximité de la place centrale et très tranquile.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé l’insistance pour payer d’avance par dépot au compte bancaire ou via un lien, trés desagréable surtout avec les nombreuses fraudes, cela ne devrait pas être option. Le paiement devrait être uniquement à la fin du séjour.

Pros:

The location was perfect. In the middle of town near everything but not on a loud road. The sheets and towels were spotlessly clean. Female receptionist and housekeepers were very friendly. Great rooftop with views of the volcano. No street noise. Fresh water and a well equipped kitchen. Hot showers!

Cons:

We had 2 different rooms. The first room was not like the pictures and quite mouldy. The headboard wasn't attached so banged whenever you moved and the bed was very uncomfy, old mattress with lots of springs. 2nd room was a lot nicer but for $170 for one night it was not any better than the room we had at another hotel for $40. Given it a 7 based on the price charged compared to what you get at other places.

Excelente ubicación y espacio, agradecidos con el lugar.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, a una cuadra del parque. Tiene abarrotería en frente si se necesita algo. El lugar es acogedor con espacios cómodos para descansar: sala, jardines, cocina, terraza.

El personal muy amable y atento, definitivamente volveríamos.

Buena ubicación pero la recámara es demasiado pequeña.

El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, todos nos trataron de manera amable y con una sonrisa.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas y estaba súper chiquita, apenas y podíamos caminar adentro y el baño estaba exactamente enfrente de las camas con una puerta corrediza, no creo que el baño midiera más de 3 metros cuadrados, por lo tanto, la estancia fue incómoda y teníamos más espacio cuando salíamos a la pequeña terraza que estaba afuera de la habitación. El hotel en general se siente viejo y descuidado en muchas partes, lo recomendaría solo para alguien que se queda a dormir y que no le importa tanto la comodidad de la habitación. No tienen aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador.

Solamente la ubicación

Cons:

Nada que ver con lo que ofrecen en fotos a las habitaciones que dan. Camas no cómodas, habitaciones pequeñas y sucias. Baños demasiado pequeños e incómodos. Almohadas feas. Es una estafa. No hay ni donde poner las cosas. Realmente una estafa, ni los toma corriente sirven.
