When I booked it I thought that it was a guest house, B&B. It was not that at all. It was the attic of a private home.
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good en suite.
No blinds on the Velux windows meant it was very light early morning. Rather hot in summer

Very basic
The greeting by their receptionist was horrendous! I was helping to check in my relatives (from the USA) in at 9pm (I’d warned the hotel we would be arriving about that time). We had travelled from Lincolnshire, where my dog had been sitting for over 2 hours whilst travelling. I thought it would be nice for her to be able to stretch her legs. She is part of Guide Dogs and helps numerous times to fundraise for them. She was on her lead and had her Ambassador Guide Dog coat on. The receptionist at first was preoccupied with her phone and when I eventually got her attention, she shouted at me to take the dog out, disregarding her Guide Dog coat and screamed several times at me to again take her out! She repeatedly screamed whilst I tried to explain that this dog would not bother her. I eventually had to ask to see her manager, who was very helpful; but unfortunately she too got shouted at by the receptionist!
Such a cozy and small room with amazing value for money. Host was very understanding of us arriving late and still welcomed us without any issues.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed . Disgustingly filthy . Appalling actually . I book regularly through Booking . Com . A huge disappointment I am afraid

The house smelt of food the carpet was very dirty- I went into the room and came straight out as it was cluttered messy and the shower/en-suite had personal belongings in
Good value. The room was cleanish and the bed comfortable. We slept well.
The flat was in someone’s house. In fact it was someone’s room and it had all their stuff in it and they had just moved out temporarily. There is a fridge so bring milk for coffee. It’s cheap so excuse the mould and dirty carpets.

Confusion about how to access the property on arrival as didnt realise was a lived in property. Just needed to knock 🤣 got sorted in the end though so all good.
We had some fresh fruit in our room. Afterwards I realized that there was a kitchen but we did not see it until we left. The room was comfortable. It felt a safe community, with adjacent playground and bus service, neither of which we needed.
We did not have wifi. There was no note with the information in our room. I sent a note requesting the information but it was not seen until we had gone. Apology was received. There is a cat in the house which does not go into the bedrooms. We are both allergic to cats but used our nasal sprays and experienced no adverse reaction. The room is at the top of two flights of stairs, not a problem for us but some might find this difficult.
