Good place with a better process and accountability to be out in place

Cons:

Lack of process and accountability of management. People were playing loud music at 2 AM from their rooms and there was no security rounds at a minimum to not disturb others . I had to call multiple times to have someone stop that

Nice experience, would live to stay in future if we visit Manali again
Pros:

It was a really nice experience however internet service was very poor. Its a new hotel...with beautiful and peaceful surroundings and it will surely raise its bar in near future...

Nice staff especially to mention Talib, Kalpit , Ram prakash and Sudhesh

Spread is ok but can be more in terms of dishes

Cons:

Menu as per card is not available say like tandoori breads etc as not made functional.
