L’emplacement, la douche chaude.
L’adresse etait inexacte ,le logement n’affiche pas son nom ,il a donc ete difficle de le trouver malgre l’aide du voisinage. La gerante n’etait pas presente ,elle n’est arrivee qu’a 19h, j’ai du me debrouiller pour trouver les equipements. Elle avait envoye le code d’entree juste pendant mon atterrissage au vietnam alors que je n’avais pas encore de carte sim .il vaudrait mieux envoyer toutes les informations le jour de la reservation.La salle de bain etait trempee, meme tout autour du lavabo, on ne pouvait pas savoir si elle avait ete nettoyee apres le dernier usage. Le matelas est sale ,la decoration est grise de poussiere ,il y a un net decalage avec les photos qui doivent dater.
L'emplacement est vraiment le gros point fort de ce logement. Également, les instructions d'arrivée envoyées par WhatsApp étaient très claires
La propreté n'était vraiment pas au rendez-vous... nous avons eu quelques cafards.
Aussi, le matelas est vraiment très dur, et il n'y a pas de rideaux pour empêcher la lumière d'entrer. Prévoyez donc bien un masque dd nuit ainsi que des bouchons d’oreille !
Simplicité et très bien placé.
J’ai adoré la chambre spacieuse et propre à la décoration charmante et féminine.
La rue est très proche de la walking street sans les inconvénients du bruit.
L’hôte est discrète et saura répondre à vos demandes avec précision.

As we entered the room we realised the pictures did not do the place any justice, along with the smell of damp there was also damp peeling wallpaper the AC made the smell that much worse.
We spotted a cockroach in the bathroom it scurried away so we didnt think much about it untill we started preparing for bed and saw it again and it wasnt going away.
We went to the 7/11 to grab bug spray, sprayed the room and left for an hour whilst it did its job.
We came back to armegeddon! I guess there was a nest because there were around 5 cockroaches crawling into the hallway, in the bedroom, on the walls and the pillows there were 15 and in the bathroom around 30.
The host was helpful-ish, very apologetic though it was a known issue, she said there usually only around 1 or 2. We advised her to call a professional which she wasnt keen on.
I contacted booking.com about it and it seems the host has not answered them and so i wont even receive a refund.
Naturally, we didn't stay there in the end.

The place is near the city center - everything is just a walk away. All amenities of the room are working and Chang (owner) is very lovely & accommodating. The room is big and feels comfortable for 2 people, even with all our bags and suitcases. We had a great time and we’ll surely book this again when we visit hcmc.

Very cute room, also clean and NOT above-average noisy. And no, I did NOT see one single cockroach. I will never understand people who book a simple homestay room for a cheap price and then complain as if it was a 5 star resort.
It is right in the middle of the city. Next to the party street and many good places to eat.
We were in the room on the second floor, during the night we could hear some music from the clubs, but after that you can hear only birds, so it is very chill.
Place on the pictures looks way better than reality.
Bathroom was not cleaned, I know it is very cheap, but please clean the place a bit better.

Bedding was a rubber mattress on wooden slates directly on floor with bed legs. Crockroaches is room and substandard conditions.Noisy neighbours building at 5am

siamo rimaste nella stanza per 10 minuti, giusto il tempo di lasciare giù i bagagli e renderci conto che era piena di blatte, alcune morte disseminate in bagno e altre ancora mezze vive... ce ne siamo andate subito e abbiamo richiesto e ottenuto immediatamente il rimborso. Peccato, la stanza sembrava carina e le recensioni erano buone, ma essendo al piano terra con delle porte che danno direttamente sull'esterno temo possa succedere spesso. Evitatelo e prendete solo stanze a piani rialzati.
Un lloc acollidor. Molt amables i net. Molt ben ubicat però sense soroll.
