Weiter zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt war super, man konnte das Zentrum schnell erreichen.
Das Frühstück war super und total ausreichend für uns.
Das Ambiente des Hotels war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider hat der Abfluss unseres Badezimmer etwas streng gerochen, jedoch mit laufender Lüftung tolerabel.

Cons:

Вода с душа еле бежала в номере на 3 этаже. Какое-то капельное орошение, а не полноценные ванные процедуры. Вода с крана и бачка бежала отлично

Понравилось абсолютно всё: сам отель, вкусные завтраки, отличное местоположение. Отдельное спасибо Ане - очень приятный, внимательный и душевный человек, который делает отдых ещё комфортнее. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Small clean hotel in old city
Pros:

Nice clean hotel in heart of old town, comfortable rooms, view depends on room you choose, good breakfast. Family room is big, just the bathroom is not in the room but you enter it from the halway, not so convienient. Very good value for money.

لا يوجد شيء أعجبني تعرضت في نفس اليوم للنصب مرتين أولا حجزت فندق في الظهر وكان وهمي وليس موجود

وهذا حجزت جناح عائلي وعندما توجهت له وجدت انهم يكذبون الصور غير حقيقيه واخبرزني انه لا يوجد جناح عائلي بل ان بوكينج يكذب . كيف لبوكينج ان يكذب ؟؟؟!!! أليس انت ايها المالك من وضع الصور وحدد عدد الغرف؟؟؟!!!
بعدها طلبوا مني ان ابقى في غرفة في الطابق الأرضي وان يبقى أطفالي في غرفة في الطابق الأول
لا أعلم بأي عقل يتحدثون كيف اجعل أطفالي في دور وانا في دور لم احجز جناح عائلي حتى يبقون بعيدين عني

بعد ان رفضت السكن في طابقين منفصلين قالوا لي سنذهب إلى فندق آخر وطلبوا منا حمل الأمتعة وكان الطريق مخيف وصعب سيرا على الأقدام وبعد ان ذهبنا وجدنا فندق سيء عكس الصور التي رأيناها في الموقع ايضا سألتهم عن بوفيه الإفطار قالوا لا يوجد سنجلب لكم الإفطار هنا
رفضت السكن لأن الموقع سيء ايضا الغرف سيئه وبنفس السعر ثم قالوا سنخفض لكم السعر ولم أرغب
طلبت منهم مساعدتي في حمل الحقائب لأن السائق ذهب ولا يوجد أحد يساعدني ولدينا أطفال كان صعب جدا النزول من المكان مع اطفال وشنط والذهاب إلى فندق آخر حيث ان السيارات لا تصل إلى الفندق

الرجاء الانتباه من هذه الفنادق المحتاله
ليس لديهم أدنى مصداقيه

اتمنى من الذين يكتبون التعليقات المصداقيه حيث أننا بسبب هذه التعليقات نعاني

Overall, the experience was excellent.
We had a very comfortable stay at the property. The staff were extremely responsive and professional throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and tasted freshly homemade, which added a very warm touch to our stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. Housekeeping is done every two days instead of daily, which can cause some discomfort during the stay.

Федот, да не тот. Неоднозначные впечатления о месте с огромным потенциалом
Pros:

Отличное расположение - колоритный старый город, очень близко к метро. Прекрасный вид из окон номера и с террассы-видно на фото, тишина и покой. Номер - единственный, расположенный на верхнем, 4ом этаже (с современным лифтом), очень просторный, в нем есть отдельная кухня с отличной стиральной машиной с сушкой (пользовались), газовой плитой (не пользовались), микроволновкой, большим холодильником. Также - гостиная с диваном и обеденным столом и спальня с двуспальной кроватью - очень удобной, с хорошим матрасом и двумя односпальными. В каждой комнате - кондиционер, работающий только на охлаждение, и батареи центрального отопления, которые включали по ночам, в номере было тепло. Очень приятный предупредительный персонал, отлично говорящий по-русски. Быстрый надежный WiFi.
Если вы дочитали до этого места, то наверняка удивитесь, - столько достоинств, а оценка отеля очень далека от 10. Но... Наш забронированный семейный люкс с видом на море на самом деле находится НЕ в отеле Sands of time, а в отеле Old city, - в пяти минутах ходьбы от Sands of time, куда нас любезно проводили работники Sands of time. Так что, фактически, этот отзыв НЕ про Sands of time, а про Old city. В самом Sands of time всё может быть по-другому. Учтите реальное местоположение номера при бронировании!

Cons:

Итак, номер люкс. Очень "уставший" - посмотреть на пол при входе можно на фото, почувствовать сломанный стул - на себе.
Номер неудобен для жизни. Так, в прихожей есть стенд с кармашками, полными туристических буклетов, но нет ни одного(!) крючка для верхней одежды, полки или шкафа. Раздеваться предлагается в спальне, или бросать вещи на диван в гостинной.
Матрасы двух односпальных кроватей - ужасны. Они слишком мягкие, прогибаются волнами, сквозь них чувствуются пружины. Помучавшись первую ночь, все остальные ночи мы (мама и две дочери) спали вторем на двуспальной кровати, где такой проблемы нет.
В номере не было всего необходимого - ни чашек, ни одного стакана в ванной, ни вилок. На просьбы принести необходимое работники отзывались с охотой, но с большим удивлением - "Как, правда нет чашек?" Но это когда работники были на месте. А чаще всего их просто не было, соответственно, просить было не у кого. Только на третий день нашего пребывания на пустом ресепшн появилась бумажка с номером WhatsApp для связи с сотрудниками, жизнь наладилась.И да, телефон в номере для звонков на ресепшн не работал

Но главное - номер очень очень грязный. То есть, пол перед нашим приездом там протерли, белье сменили. Но всё остальное - ой. О существовании пылесоса работники отеля, кажется, не в курсе. На полу - пятна (пол не мыли, а именно протерли). Окна в номере не мыли, похоже, никогда. Состояние крана в ванной при нашем заезде видно на фото. В душевую кабину дети заходить отказались - там присутствовало что-то похожее на черную плесень - см. фото.
Наконец, завтрак.
Невкусный. Я не понимаю, как можно в Баку найти невкусный хлеб, но работники отеля смогли. В итоге мы брали на завтрак свой хлеб из супермаркета.
Однообразный. Горячее блюдо было всегда одинаковое- яичница (хорошая, ее трудно испорить), а в остальных блюдах было разнообразие - иногда давали сосиски (невкусные), иногда -нет.
