No fue agradable, servicio muy malo. No volvería.

La habitación espaciosa y la ubicación.

Cons:

Baño en mal estado, las camas durísimas, muy incómodas. El día que debían limpiar la habitación solo arreglaron las camas y cambiaron la funda del baño. No limpiaron el baño, pedí cambio de toallas tampoco lo hicieron. En la recepción no siempre hay personal, es difícil pedir ayuda porque no encuentras el personal. Pagué por el desayuno y cuando fui a comer ya no había huevos no suficiente comida para nosotros, tuvimos que esperar como 15 min, fue difícil buscar personal porque no había nadie por ningún lado.

La ubicación del hotel, habitaciones grandes y linda vista

Cons:

El desayuno no fue de mi agrado, el baño olía a orine y estaba en malas condiciones, pedimos toallas éramos 5 personas (pagamos por la persona adicional ) y nos dijeron que solo era una toalla por cama.
Había una araña enorme en el lavabo, pedimos ayuda y nos dijeron que no tenían insecticida y no nos podían ayudar, que teníamos que encargarnos nosotros mismos.

Cons:

• Atención al cliente: El personal de recepción se mostró poco atento. Considero que la calidez y la eficiencia en la entrada son fundamentales para la experiencia del huésped.
• Servicios de la habitación: Me sorprendió encontrar un baño incompleto; solo contaban con gel de ducha, careciendo de elementos básicos como champú y acondicionador, jabón de barra.
• Desayuno: La oferta me resultó demasiado básica y limitada, con poca variedad para empezar el día y poco tiempo disponible, primero nos dijeron que era de 7:30am a 9:30am y cuando nos tocó desayunar nos dijeron que era hasta las 9:00am.
• Estacionamiento: Este fue uno de los puntos más críticos. El espacio es insuficiente y las maniobras resultan sumamente incómodas, lo cual genera un estrés innecesario al viajar con vehículo.
Espero que estos comentarios sean tomados de forma constructiva para mejorar la calidad del servicio, ya que el hotel tiene un gran potencial por su ubicación.
