Pros:

Die aussicht war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Licht am Eingang im Zimmer war defekt.

Convenient studio in central Flims in very friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

The way we were welcomed was exceptionally warm and informative. The studio was nice. And we were very close the Caumasee area, which offers diverse and enjoyable walks. We also like the possibility to use the sauna and swimming pool.

Cons:

We did not like the restaurant. The risotto was like salty soup, the pizza came from an oven that was clearly too hot since all of the crust was burned while the centre was soggy, the waitress was in our faces and kept filling up our glasses without consent, and -for such a simple meal -the price was truly outrageous.

Another thing we did not like: the pillows on the bed. The were exceptionally soft.

Cons:

Die zentrale Lüftung läuft von 08:00 bis 22:00 und ist im 5. Stock, wo wir unser Zimmer hatten, ziemlich laut. Zum Glück wird sie über Nacht abgestellt.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, äußerst freundliches Personal- wir fühlten uns willkommen.

Die Betten im Studio selber waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Studios ist abgenutzt, zum Teil kaputt. Der Dampfabzug stellt einfach an, das Lavabo im Badezimmer hat einen grossen Sprung, die Seifenspender sind schmutzig und funktionieren nicht. Der Teppich im Schlafbereich ist fleckig, die Lampen funktionieren teilweise nicht.

Das sind alles Dinge, die mit überschaubarem Aufwand und Investitionen verbessert werden können. Ohne diese Korrekturen ist der Zimmerstandard klar unterhalb des Hotelstandards.

Accueil sympathique. Buffet petit-déjeuner copieux dans une magnifique salle. Restaurant "Il Forno" excellent!
