Ich würde sehr gern wiederkommen, weil alles stimmte.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Gut, dass wir einen festen Platz (Tisch) hatten.
Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir konnten in Ruhe essen, ohne dass ständig der Tisch abgeräumt wurde.

Die Anstecker für Bademäntel und Saunataschen - super Idee!
Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Kurhotel mit einem klitzekleinen "Aber"
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist der außerordentlich schöne und gepflegte Wellness-Bereich. Es gibt verschiedene Saunen, ein Tauchbecken, einen großzügigen Außen- und Innenpool sowie einen Whirlpool.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gefallen hat uns auch der Shuttle-Service vom Bahnhof und zurück, so kann man auch bequem mit der Bahn anreisen und ganz entspannt ankommen. Alles in allem sind die Abläufe sehr gut organisiert. Die gesamte Hotelanlage wirkt modern und ansprechend.

Cons:

Wir hatten über booking.com drei Übernachtungen für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag gebucht, waren also keine Kurgäste.
Beim Essen wurden wir an einem Tisch plaziert, wo schon andere Leute saßen. Es war nicht möglich, uns auf Nachfrage einen anderen Tisch zu geben (" ...hab kein anderen Tisch" Antwort im Restaurant, die Kollegen an der Rezeption waren wesentlich netter, konnten aber auch nix ändern)
Obwohl das Hotel wirklich spitze ist und rundherum ALLES passt, würden wir aus diesem Grund nicht nochmal kommen, da wir Smalltalk beim Kauen mit fremden Menschen anstrengend und wenig erholsam finden. Wem dieser kleine Umstand nichts ausmacht, dem ist das Hotel voll und ganz wirklich zu empfehlen.

Toller Kurztrip
Pros:

Alles, insbesondere das grosszügige Schwimmbad mit Thermal-Aussenbecken und sehr angenehmer Temperatur und dass jeder Gast während des gesamten Aufenthalts seinen festen Platz im Restaurant hat sowie der überaus freundliche Service des Personals, egal an welcher Stelle.

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Entspannte Auszeit in der Eiszeit.
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, daher viel Platz. Alles vorhanden, was man auch für Wellness benötigt.
Der Spabereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad/Solebecken außen ansprechend und geräumig.
Sehr freundliches Personal und gut organisierter Service. Abholung vom Bahnhof ohne Aufpreis besonders hilfreich.
Vom Kurzentrum ist die Altstadt/Müritz fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber es werden wohl auch Shuttles angeboten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr hilfreich für Alleinreisende auch die festgelegten Sitzplätze im Restaurant, so braucht man nicht immer zu fragen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir noch einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gewünscht, da ich nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück hatte und mir gerne ab und zu einen Tee gekocht hätte. Oder kostenloses Wasser z.B. durch einen bereitgestellten Spender.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut gelegen mit Blick auf den Pool. Der beheizte Außenpool war toll. Es gab mehrere Saunen mit schönen Ruheraum.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und können es weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, mit schönem Balkon. Die Parkplätze waren in einer Tiefgarage und ohne Zusatzkosten.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es war alles da was man so braucht. Wir konnten zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen wählen, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt hatten wir einen festen Tisch, was für uns positiv ist.
Die Badebereiche (Innen- und Außen) wurden von uns am Abend genutzt, es war alles sauber.
Auch der anliegende Park ist sehr schön und wunderbar gepflegt.
