Guests can also use the swimming pool and sauna at the hotel's sister property for a small extra fee.

When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. The free pool pass is only valid if someone reserves nights in, April, May, June, August, September and October. It doesn't apply, on high season or Holidays.

Please note that the parking place needs prior reservation and it is located 5 minutes' drive from the property.

Very well located, nice communal spaces.

Cons:

Our main challenge was that communication from the staff was lacking. We arranged a transfer from the hotel at the end of our stay, and were not told until we were due to leave that the pick-up point was at a sister hotel which we then had to walk to (suitcases over cobbles) for 15 minutes. I was also assured that we would be dropped off at our next hotel, but we weren’t- we were left in the middle of Panajachel.
There was also a nasty smell from the bathroom in our room, which the staff had tried (unsuccessfully) to mask, and which made being in the room unpleasant.

Cómoda y ajustada a mi presupuesto!
Pros:

Hotel en ubicación estratégica, muy segura, cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. Es fácil llegar. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones siempre estuvieron muy limpias (habitación y áreas comúnes), tienen un patio para compartir al aire libre super bello.

Cons:

El servicio sanitario tenía una fuga de agua por lo que mantenía el piso mojado con el peligro de que resbalara alguien. En mi caso, viajé con mis padres, dos adultos mayores, por lo que era algo tedioso estar colocando un paño para evitar que se saliera más el agua. Lejos de eso, todo bien!

L'emplacement est central.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. C'est cher pour les prestations fournies : les meubles sont vieillots, la salle de bain est petite et vieillante, il n'y a aucune isolation et peu d'eau chaude. De plus, les serviettes propres étaient sales avec des tâches suspectes tout comme le couvre-lit.
Enfin, pour les massages, il fallait réserver quelques jours avant et pas au jour le jour et ça n'était stipulé nulle part.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortable, te beds were old and and you could feel the springs, the curtains didn’t close properly and were “transparent” letting the sun through since dawn (see pics attached). To get to bed after entering the room, you had to climb steep stairs, and to reach the bathroom you have to go downstairs again.
There were broken tiles with sharp edges.
Hot water was inconsistent.
