The adjacent villa had a large group staying there that partied late into night. The staff at our villa were quick to give us a different room where we couldn't hear the late night festivities. Very kind.
The concept of a family house are real
Truly everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was by far the best I've had at any homestay, with fresh and tasty options. The eggs, Nasi Goreng and pancakes were all equally delicious and made it difficult to decide each day. The staff is so kind and helpful. They were able to arrange a motorbike for me and have it at the front door within minutes. They also offer free laundry for guests and drying racks are available outside each room. There are plenty of seating areas for evening drinks and games, and the pool is lovely. The whole vibe is very tranquil. I was sad to leave this place at the end of our 10 days.

Be very careful, the staff stole €200 from my room and last year my motorcycle helmet was stolen. Be very careful. Don't go to this hotel, the owner is dishonest and the staff are dishonest; other guests have also stolen money from them, so take my advice and stay away.

- Die Lage. (Was macht man in dieser Gegend?) Die umliegenden Strände sind nicht schön und es gibt so gut wie keine Restaurants. Für einen Zwischenstopp okay.
- Das Frühstück war okay, aber jetzt auch nicht der Wahnsinn.
From the moment we arrived we liked the welcoming staff there and the nice swimming pool in the middle of the villa yard. The staff was very friendly and very polite and always ready to help. The rooms were very nice and the bed very big and comfort. It was nice that we could even dive in the pool late at night for a refreshing swim and throwing the balls in the basket above the swimming pool. Also the owner John welcomed us with warm feelings and we felt great about the good contact we had with him and the staff. We liked the dog, he had a very complicated name, hahahah so we called him Harry, hahaah We took many pictures and we had a lovely holiday. The beaches on Lombok are very nice and the Wildlife park is great. Also the snorkling on Gille Islands our daughter liked very much.
When I booked the villa, it said in the description the villa was located 500 meters from the beach, which was true, but the real areas of good beaches, restaurants, sightseeing things were a bit of distance from the villa, as we always needed to call a private driver to have a day out. Also, at first we had the impression that the breakfast menu was restricted, as not much choice, which felt a bit disappointing, but after mentioning this with the owner John, he said happily we could have anything we wanted. Maybe a form of miscommunication or mention this on the breakfast menu, so we were aware of this from the first day. Also, the airconditioning in the room did not work properly, but I do not like to feel that coldness on my sweating body as flue comes very fast in this case. The airconditioning was directly pointing at the bed. A bit of discomfort was the many mosques in the area, all active at the same time sometimes and all you hear is the muslim prayer from all directions.

Notre réservation a été perdue donc nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous voulions.
Nous avons remis nos vêtements au personnel pour la lessive et ils nous ont été remis totalement décolorés. Je ne sais pas quel type de machine à laver décape les vêtements de la sorte, ils sont bon à jeter à la poubelle. Nous étions en train de galérer avec nos valises dans les escaliers et le personnel s’est contenté de nous regarder sans proposer la moindre aide.
Gentillesse du personnel : ils sont aux petits soins pour tout le monde (même pour le propriétaire…. Il laisse tout traîner et c’est eux qui range)

Bon rapport qualité prix : si vous ne souhaitez pas mettre cher et que vous passez pas vos journées à la villa (mais si vous voulez tranquillité et repos ne venez pas ici…)
Énormément de bruit (mosquée, villa voisine qui fait des soirées karaoké tous les soirs et nuit)
Le propriétaire : il pense bcp à lui, il met ses vidéos très fort le matin au petit dej et fume alors que vous mangez à 1m de lui. On a l’impression de le déranger chez lui… alors que nous payons nos nuits…
L’emplacement : rien à faire à proximité

Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und super lecker. Das obere Zimmer war recht einfach aber gut gehalten, sehr kleines Bad. In dem unterem Zimmer gab es ein relativ großes Outdoor- Bad welches sehr schön ist. Vorort haben wir Motorräder ausgeliehen. Haben dort auch gewaschen und haben damit eine sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Das Personal war super.
In dem unterem Zimmer hat es stark gemüffelt, es gab auch Duftspray aber dies hat nicht so gut funktioniert.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à Senggigi. La localisation est idéale, tout est accessible facilement sans forcément avoir besoin d’un scooter. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La villa est belle, spacieuse, bien équipée avec une télévision connectée, et la piscine ouverte 24h/24 est un vrai plus. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons vivement !
