Zentral gelegenes, aber doch ruhiges Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, wir waren zwei Nächte vor Ort, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, großzügiges Badezimmer, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Die Regulierung der Klimaanlage war etwas mühsam, aber das ist ja oft so.

Frühstück war ok, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr. Es wurde sehr schleppend aufgefüllt

Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Frühstücksteam inkl. Küche. Unerschütterlich auch bei Hochbetrieb. Wirklich herausragend.Sehr nette Bar, die gut besucht ist. Optimale Lage für Städtereise.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit sehr, sehr freundlichem Personal im Restaurant.
Pros:

Eine Freundlichkeit des Personals, wie wir sie auf unseren unzählign Reisen noch nie angetroffen haben. Insbesondere im Restaurant, wo man uns uns trotz Personalausfall exzellent bedient hat. Sehr schönes grosses, helles Zimmer. Zentral gelegen. Das Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch übrig.

Great Hotel in Mainz
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, food variety was very good. Room had a very good size, chairs for sitting, tables and counter space to set things down. Location was great with Schillerplatz and few steps from the hotel.

Cons:

Dinner in the restaurant was very good, food was very good. It was a bit pricey for our expectations.
