Sehr nettes Personal (Housekeeping & Rezeption), gute Lage, trotz sehr später Ankunft haben wir noch was zum Essen bekommen und das Zimmer & Bad sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.

Lage perfekt,besonders auch für einen Unterhaus-Besuch,sehr freundliches Personal,
Egg Brunfels sollte man probieren, soo lecker

Frühstück für 39 Euro, unter der Woche in Mainz :-)

Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend.

Die Preise für das Frühstück sind aus meiner Sicht deutlich zu hoch (39€) und nicht akzeptabel – auch wenn die Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht.

Besonders ärgerlich war zudem, dass mir eine Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken zugesichert wurde. In meinem Zimmer war jedoch überhaupt keine Minibar vorhanden.

Als „Lösung“ wurde mir schließlich angeboten, das Frühstück beim nächsten Aufenthalt für 15 € zu erhalten.
Das half mir in der aktuellen Situation allerdings wenig und wirkt eher wie eine unzureichende Kompensation.

Insgesamt entspricht das alles nicht den Erwartungen, die im Vorfeld geweckt wurden.

Ach, einen Wellness-Bereich sucht man leider auch verzweifelt. Auf die PArksituation möchte ich hier auch nicht eingehen.
Das alles entspricht nicht einem vier Sterne Haus.

Keine 200 Meter entfernt, mit BackWerk eine deutlich preiswertere und sehr gute Alternative ;-)

Jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Es hat in diesem Hotel einfach alles gestimmt. Tolles Ambiente, exklusives Essen, super Service, Mega Frühstück. Es war das Geld auf jeden Fall wert.
