Please note that arrival or departure flight from Terminal 2 is mandatory to access the hotel as per airport security rules and regulation. Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation.

Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation.

Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation.

Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Please note that any restricted and prohibited goods at airport will not be allowed in the hotel.

As we are inside terminal building and sue to security reasons, guests/ visitors are not allowed in hotel but you can visit them at outside hotelPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Очень грязно. Ну так нельзя ! Я понимаю это Индия, но даже в индийских отелях есть чистота и порядок. В этом же отеле постель такая была как будто ее месяцами не стирали

Handy for a sleep before a long flight
Pros:

Great place in terminal, shame we couldn’t get airside to save having to pay for a visa.

Food was good, possibly cheaper to go out of the hotel off airport. But it was tasty and handy.

Cons:

Comfort rooms were basic and small but ok for what we needed

Kolacja była bardzo dobra, szczególne pochwały kieruję do niezwykle ślicznej dziewczyny o imieniu Akanksha, profesjonalnej , uśmiechniętej i wzorowo potrafiącej doradzić i podać posiłki z menu. W przyszłym roku, w drodze do Nepalu i Bhutanu na pewno skorzystam z tego hotelu i restauracji. Dziekuję :) Pozdrawiam Akankshe.

På flyplassen, så perfekt til mitt formål

Cons:

Rommene hadde ikke vindu. Det var så lytt fra andre gjester, så da de på naborommet pratet, så hørtes det ut som de var i samme rom. Om på et transit hotell, så kommer og går folk hele døgnet, så veldig støyete

Dass Hotel im Flughafengebäude ist sehr gut

Cons:

In der App sind Zimmer noch zu haben - der persönliche Kontakt sagt das aber anders - es sind keine Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Ich habe dann über die App ein Zimmer gebucht, bin zur Rezeption und musste 50,00 Euro aufzahlen um das Zimmer zu beziehen. Eine Frechheit sondergleichen - Notsituationen auszunutzen um an mehr Umsatz zu gelangen. Man benötigt doch nur ein Zimmer im Flughafen, wenn die Dauer des Weiterfluges viele Stunden dauert.

Pros:

Good location. Staff exceptionally helpful. Bed was very comfy. Food in the lounge is expensive and not the best quality, would recommend eating outside as you can leave the airport

Cons:

When we came back from mumbai to have a little sleep before our flight we found all the bedding was damp. To be fair staff changed it within ten minutes.
