Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation.

Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Please note that any restricted and prohibited goods at airport will not be allowed in the hotel.

13 hour stopover and was very relaxing.
Pros:

It was well kept, friendly people. Acceptable value for money. Restaurant food was great.

Cons:

We did not like that the hotel is AFTER Immigrations. I would that is the only downside the hotel has since it is a “Transit Hotel” and should be before Immigrations.

Pros:

The hotel is located close to the arrival area and is easily accessed after collecting the luggage and taking your luggage to the lower level via elevatior. One needs to ensure you don't leave the hall. So after a long tired night it is very helpful to lie down

Cons:

1. The quality of the bed spread towel and comforter were quite old and it was not clear if they were freshly washed. I found the oom was quite "mustty" in smell. 2. The internet quality was absolutrly awful. I initially had to get help from an IT guy to get it started. When I log my laptop the internet strength was ridiculously slowly. This is unacceptable trying to checkin flights let alone any business

Transit at Niranta Hotel
Pros:

Chef Harsh prepared a packed breakfast for us at nearly 4.30 in the morning. Thank you so much.

Cons:

I wanted a room with a window but didn't get one. It was too closed for me and I was feeling opressed. The flushing button in the toilet was so hard that I couldn't press it.

Great option especially as the metro is right there. Food stall outside the security gates was amazing!.

Pros:

Hotel attenant a l'aéroport.

Cons:

Nous entendions tous les bruits des chariots qui passaient sur la dalle au dessus de nous. Donc bruyant !!!
Hotel pas du tout indiqué. Nous avons attendus plus de 30 min. Qu'un homme de l'hôtel vienne nous chercher au filtre sécurité.
Un conseil sortez de l'aéroport, et dirigez vous vers les parkings.
Et prenez les ascenseurs.
Un partie de l' Hotel se trouve dans le bâtiment principal et une 2nd partie attenant au rdc sur la gauche du terminal.

Pros:

based on what i paid, the hotel did not meet my requirement for example the rooms were small , there was no hand lotion , bathrobes or slippers provided. No cupboards to to put your clothes or bags.

The bathroom was not cleaned and the room air vent was full of dust same with mirror and the floor.

Cons:

Chicken briyani and burger which i ordered , The chicken had had award smell

Best airport hotel
Pros:

Location. Quite and comfortable and clean room. Water in glass bottles shows consent for environment. Polite and courteous staff.
