Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation.

Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation.

Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Please note that any restricted and prohibited goods at airport will not be allowed in the hotel.

Good for location but don’t expect any frills
Pros:

The hotel served a purpose. We had a layover of 13 hours. Good to have a bed and shower before carrying on our journey

Cons:

The breakfast was cold or at best lukewarm warm. Not worth waiting for.
We booked a room with a queen bed only to find two singles!

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Bed comfortable and location

Cons:

Very hard to find if you are coming from terminal 1.
Not allowed into the airport so had to find a way to p4. Found escalators to level 6 then had to find lift then down to p4. Walked up and down then saw a sign and had to call the phone of the hotel to get someone to meet us. Show passport, boarding pass and hotel booking then go through security.

Just what was required after a long flight from Heathrow Airport London
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful - one of Meha helped us to buy tickets for a flight to Bangalore the next morning. She was a star! All staff were very attentive.

Was quoted on Web site approx14, 000 per night approx when booked and confirmed than on paying taxes added on at reception. Total figure should show on booking.

Best to avoid this highly overpriced hotel

The location is convenient since it is inside the airport.

Cons:

However the prices are insane and the quality of the hotel is borderline pathetic. The room was very jaded and tired looking. You can hear every flush running on the entire floor and plumbing needs to be sorted.
Kept me awake all evening and couldn't get any sleep. I had booked via the Booking.com app and when I got to the hotel I told them I would prefer to pay the hourly rate since my stay would probably be about 10 hrs after which I would board my next flight. They flat refused and said it was a Day booking and so the full rate of 20k INR would be charged. There is zero advantage to staying here. It is better to take a cab and go to any one of the 5 star hotels outside the airport. In any case you have to follow the same entry process in departures whether you stay here or go out of the airport. Also the restaurant inside the hotel is overpriced and the food is not great. I will not be visiting again
