Nice apartment but needs some TLC
Pros:

Hole in the wall at the bottom of the stairs, blind were torn, window blinds strings were broke.

I liked the view from the room

Cons:

the rules set by the owner where annoying, the drive way into the under ground parking is too steep and damaged my car, the elevators took a very long time and were frequently stopping, the pool was shallow and underwhelming small and the bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have enough blankets or a doona and the shower and toilet both frequently didn’t work

I highly don’t recommend.
Pros:

Just a room. We were on 25 th floor. Nice view room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The living area was very dirty, and within 30 minutes our feet were visibly dirty from the floor. Basic kitchen items were missing , no bowls for serving food, so we had to use whisky glasses for our kids’ cereal and porridge.

There were no activities or facilities for kids. The swimming pool was very small, and the pool toilet was closed and not functional, meaning we had to go back to our room to shower after swimming.

Utilities were minimal for a 5-night stay, with only a few bin liners provided. Overall, the place needs much better cleaning and better provision of basic essentials.

Nothing. The staff were not welcoming nor did they acknowledge our presence whenever we saw them in the lobby. The restaurants also in the 3 days we were there, were never open, and the cleanest place seen during our stay, was the pool.

Cons:

It is not worth the price. Room/fixtures/furniture/everything pretty much was outdated and looked nothing like the photos provided on the booking. We opened up the cutlery draw and there were cockroaches, there were also cracks in the floor that my toddler tripped and cut her foot on, pieces of the floor missing that were just covered by a stick on piece of vinyl flooring that was nothing like the floor itself. Rooms were so dusty that I needed to air out the whole room the day we arrived. Kitchen area was dirty and dusty, to the point where I needed to clean it myself. Floor was disgusting - I ran a wipe over it upon arrival after noticing my children’s feet were dirty, and the wipe came out black - indicating that the floor had not been vacuumed nor mopped in a very long time. Dishes in the cupboards were not clean and therefore we bought disposables to use. We honestly thought highly of this hotel being semi new, however after our stay we will never stay there again. I don’t recommend this hotel, if you’re going to pay that price, pay to stay in surfers. You also get charged a cleaning fee, which is shocking because the apartment was nowhere near as clean as it should have been.
