Pros:

Camera spaziosa, pulita e proprietario disponibile
La posizione è abbastanza comoda e vicina a Montelupo che è un centro cittadino abbastanza grande. C'è un parcheggio di fronte ma se non c'è posto si trova tranquillamente spostandosi di qualche centinaio di metri

Pros:

Struttura in una zona tranquilla, con camere spaziose, nuove e pulitissime. La casa è dotata di un'ampia cucina con l'essenziale per preparare una colazione (compresa una moka, ma è necessario portare con sé del caffè). Letti comodissimi. Daniele è stato gentilissimo, sorridente e accogliente. Grazie di tutto!

Casa accogliente, tutto nuovo o appena restaurato. C'è tutto l'essenziale. Ottima come appoggio per visite nei dintorni. Host disponibile e gentile. Consigliata!!

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, pulita. Bagno molto ampio con doccia spaziosa, prodotti per doccia e phon. Cucina in comune attrezzata e con il minimo indispensabile per cucinare (zucchero, sale, caffè..)
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.
L’accoglienza turistica andrebbe fatta come fa Daniele (host). Altrimenti è solo una tiepida locazione.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un oscurante perché, non essendoci tapparelle, per uno come me che soffre la luce potrebbe essere un problema. Problema che comunque ho evitato con una mascherina da occhi.

Pros:

The rooms are big and spacious, same as the bed which was very comfortable. The whole place smelt really nice, the host was nice and kind and very responsive.

Pros:

Amazing appartment in Capraia, only 5 minutes from the train station that goes to Pisa, Siena and Florence. Trains almost every hour and is in a 20 minute distance from train for Florence. About the house, it is clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean as well. The house is equipped with the essentials, a shared kitchen to cook and a laundry room. The host was very nice and helpful.

Pros:

Lovely and comfortable place with a very helpful Host. Everything is new and clean. We spend fantastic time, ate delicious dinner in local restaurant.
This place is wonderful.
