Excellent experience, will definitely be going back!
Pros:

The property was so close to the beach, very clean and the staff were so helpful, there was a very pleasant atmosphere the entire trip! The food and drink service was excellent with a good amount of variety for picky eaters.

Cons:

The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a snack bar with crisps/chocolate, a few times the kids wanted less than a meal, so we needed up buying crisps and treats from a local shop and keeping them in the room

Love the hotel - stop adding new restaurants, look at basics - more lifts, more beds at pools etc.
Pros:

The location is fantastic for beaches, restaurants and bars. Choice of pools to go to. Family facilities are ok. Plenty of choice of restaurants

Cons:

Very run down (we have been coming here for over 20 years) it is tired and needs updating but you can see it is in progress. During my stay I injured my foot (not on site) and I realised that it is difficult to get around the hotel if you are on crutches - only 1 lift working in 1 corner of the hotel (no where near reception) so lots of walking to get anywhere. To get to reception was a mission as you have to go to the lift and then around the pool to the front. The toilet area by the pool (both disabled and the ones downstairs were usually flooded and unclean). The main pool rule that you have to queue at 8am behind a line is degrading (it doesnt open until 9am) but you have to do this if you want to secure a bed. it is ridiculous and really puts us off and for the price you have to pay for the hotel - I think the beds should be more readily available as wanted. But if you are not there early - then no beds are available for the day! We love this hotel having been coming for 20 years and we want to keep coming back but the overall value for money v facilities does not correlate and at this point, we wouldnt return. They need to fix the basics (working lifts and more of them), sort pool availabilty and cleanliness at pool toilets). Hopefully we will return to see these fixed as lots of upgrades have been happening.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind für das bezahlte Geld, zu schlecht.das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, typisch Englisch. Passt zum Publikum. Wenn man feiern will braucht man nur 400 m zu laufen, im Hotel bekommt man nichts mit.

If you want to be up all night it’s a great hotel. But if you want to rest, forget it.
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel.

Cons:

No internet in bedroom. Impossible to sleep at night. Lots of shouting and banging doors. When we told receptionist he said ‘they’re just kids’! Not acceptable. This hotel has great potential if they could sort out the noise issue.

If you're looking for somewhere to purely relax this is the perfect place.
Pros:

Pool - was lovely and very relaxing with a view of the sea.
Location - it was a good location for beach access and bars, but there weren't a lot of additional activities.
Room - I can't think of anything that I'd add. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern.

Cons:

There could have been more activities.

Pros:

La comida y el servicio de todos sus trabajadores, en especial Pedro Trole del restaurante que fue encantador

Cons:

Que no se celebrase más la llegada del año nuevo. Pusieron unos fuegos artificiales geniales pero no acabaron y estaban apagando las luces del bar y ya no pudimos ni tomar la última...ademas la disco del hotel justo cerró ese día, no tuvo ningún sentido ...
